I think Batman: Brave and the Bold would be cool, it'd be a really sentimental thing almost. It's an obvious reference to when they were just Batman and the Boy Wonder but now Dick has matured and is now the same age as Batman was when he took him in, and showing how far the characters come.
the old teen titans show fan in me would love if Jason showed up as Red X in this movie, but I can't imagine there's any way that's ever getting closure. Definitely agree Static would be an incredible option for the movie, though, that'd be so sick
Swapping Cyborg with Static Shock for Teen Titans does sound pretty great. I wonder how well you could really do a Teen Titans movie though because unlike comics or animation, these kids will grow up. I'd love a Shazam 3, but if it were to ever happen, all the kids would be too old for it to work, and it just barely worked in Shazam 2, so you're really only going to get one shot at Teen Titans unless you speedrun all the movies or you swap the cast around for each movie. This isn't outright a bad thing, but you won't have those throughlines without having all the characters go off into other people's movies and shows, unless you just call it Titans and have the singular team grow up, which can also work, but having it be Teen Titans is what makes for the more interesting dynamic because of what stories are being told because of the characters' ages.

They may have done him dirty in the comics but in the tv show I’ve never heard anyone complain about him taking over as Batman.
That’s a good point. If there ever was a character that was the legacy of THE Batman it would be Terry in Batman Beyond. Assuming Dick took the label of Nightwing, and left Gotham.
But doesn’t that ruin him as Batman beyond? Because he’d already be Batman. Unless you mean pluck him out of time.
In the current state of dc he doesn’t really work but honestly I think a time jump like they tried with future state isn’t impossible. They just need to do it without pay the respects that are owed to the current characters.
Having some nobody that we have never heard of take up the mantle and has no ties to Bruce Wayne is only going to cause anger amongst the fan base. That’s what the cartoon did so well. Terry had to earn the og Batman’s respect and then was taught by him.
There’s always people who are going to want Bruce Wayne as Batman stories but there’s no reason we couldn’t have both running at the same time. This is comics after all.
Last point as much as I would love dick to become Batman in the future as the only true heir to the mantle I think that would kill his entire development. Over the years he’s always tried to reject taking the mantle when he had to and honestly doesn’t want to be Batman. He has stepped out of the shadow of the bat in almost every way and I think he should stay his own hero who brings his own element to the table when involved in the wider world. If he becomes Batman it would be his own version of Batman but he would still be restricted by the expectation of THE BATMAN.
For Teen Titans I predict DCAMU so the Big 5 plus Damian and Blue Beetle or something custom so Kara, Damian, Static, Blue Beetle, Raven (Gunn’s favorite Titan) and Cass Cain (Gunn’s favorite Batgirl).
Jake Gyllenhaal in Southpaw shows he can get ripped if needed. Would love him for Gunn’s Batman. Think he would give us a good Batman for a fatherhood focus as well.

Sal's right about Jane Foster. I enjoyed all of Aaron's run on Jane Foster Thor but transitioning her to Valkyrie did not have the same quality stories and I fell off. My pitch would have been to treat the Thor book like most of the modern Green Lantern books. Call the series Thors or just Thor and make it a buddy cop team up book between Jane & Thor.

For the teen titans movie, I think they should take inspiration from Geoff John’s run and roster, because I think it would make a good middle ground to introduce the teen titans in James Gunn DCU.
People will expect to see characters like Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, and hopefully even Cyborg in the movie, but there are some people like myself who want to see different characters, outside from them, and I think Geoff John’s is a good solution because his run starts off with Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy, and Raven being mentors to the younger generation of titans (mainly Vic and Kori), and then as time goes on you have characters like Red Robin and Wonder Girl leading the team with other young heroes like Blue Beetle, Kid Devil, Solstice, and Wallace West Kid Flash.
It would be a good way to introduce Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven in this new universe, establishing their history of the NTT era, which could also establish the fab five era which could potentially bring Donna Troy, Wally West Flash, Arsenal, and Tempest in the DCU.
Not only that but it could also potentially bring Tim Drake Red Robin, Conner Kent Superboy, Bart Allen Impulse/Kid Flash, and Cassie Sandsmark Wonder Girl in the DCU, and if they wanted to establish that their history as Young Justice happened as well.
I'm going to see Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 because I've never seen them in theaters. I was 2 and 4 when they came out

Ill say that 2 characters that became some of my most beloved characters are the Young Justice interpretations of Aqualad (before he was just seen as Bisexual and was actually the first leader of the Team)
and Miss martian with relationship and her marriage to Superboy being one of my most treasured moments in any Comic Book medium.
I personally have no faith or Trust in a WB owned DC Universe anymore.

Damian is batman's robin by the DCU's point so dick and wally would be in their 20s unless it's a prequel

I just don’t have faith in live action Teen Titans. Titans was just awful. There’s worse super hero shows, but it’s the one I’ve hated the most, and I was astounded by its writing decisions. To this day. I don’t think they’ll do anything that bad again, but I’m disillusioned on the idea.
If you have faith in Fantastic Four and Spuder-Man movies, you can have faith inTeen Titans, especially since NONE of the people involved there are involved now and it's a different medium.
