Samosa and stuff are late addition imo because those got popularized all around the country like 20 years. Bakery food had been staple snacks for a long time probably because of colonial influence. 800 rupee jam and bun is a major rip off man. That guy properly scammed you both. A normal tea bun cost less than 100 rupees at bakeries
