It should be prussian confederation tag and not danzig. Because Danzig was but one of the cities of prussian confederation. Largest, yes, but other included Konigsberg (sic!) and Elbląg and these werent small either
It is a bit of a shame that Danzig/Tuchel, or Gdańsk/Tuchola are not `Kashubian` provinces, because I think that was a historical reality back than and is right now to a lesser extend. Maybe province like Stolp could be a Kashubian one, or there was a trigger that if Poland takes it the culture goes back to Kashubian, as I think the region was in transition from Slavic identity to Germanic, not fully German just yet. I actually checked some articles about it and it looks like it is fair to say that Stolp region was Kashubian at the start of the game, but was undergoing transition to Germanic identity. I think the same could be said about Lower Silesia (Głogów/Legnica on the Eu4 map), region was undergoing transition from slavic to germanic which I think would be an interesting mechanic to add to the game. Another region in which it would be a great addition would be Anatolia were at the start of the game most costal provinces were Greek in identity but they were starting to lose their identity.

Its imbossible to avoid those new times, new generations but even If 80% of the world will for example do everything they want in the future, without any rules, traditons, religion etc. or if everybody will know nothing bout a Poland history, its ok for me, just let us live and do our thing because of that people maybe will see in us something more than just poor alcoholics or some "noname" not important country without history. Noticed this a few times with multiple EU4 content creators, but units and troops are not the same thing. 15:19 Austria can have 16,000 troops or 16 units but if Austria has 16,000 units, then it would have 16 million troops. :D
What also would be a cool video/series is if you would show nations that profit from ideas that are not common to take.. it is a bit boring to always go aristo and then influence or diplo and so on. Maybe you could show some interesting idea combos that make for a fun play with some nations :)
In the diplo tab of the macro builder you can set diplomats to increase relations with angered nations, it’s not perfect but I leave one or two on there and it helps get small nations out of coalitions

Hi Ludi I have few suggestions., If you dont want border gore with Teutonic Order. You need to give interest with red colour in Kulm. In this case Danzig will always give you Kulm. Early game it's good burn capitals or area till you will have 40 development in Cracow. It's easier if you have Burgundian succesion. At the end you have Revival of Cracow mission which gives trade depot in 15 th century and 2 production more. If somebody have problems with Hungary liberty desire. Good idea is giving them Walachia and Bosnia lands. Lithuania can have 59 cities . You can give them 10-13 cities and at level 8 or 10 anex them I prefer to choose in Development Ruthenia mission this juicy 10% development bonus and another 10 from Golden Era. It's very cheap to develop all Polish regions. Poland is really fun country.
Small tip, you can keep a rival slot open and wait for union event so after a month tick you can rival novgorod for free pp since moscovy will dec them early on and usually dont focus fort on border and novgorod so you can yoink it easily (need to wait for mission that gives claims as well though)
As far as I know every year there is a chance of dying for your heir/ruler so making him a general even if he don't fight in any battle give a 25% more chance of death anyway.
6:20 if they didnt patch it, still best option is playing Poland under HRE and with lithuanian union. Only thing you need to do is to burn some development. 27:36 they always do, thats why i still reccomend attacking teutons at the beginning, between union wars for example. And take this one province kulm/chełmno from teutons.
Instead of burning the dev you can sell provinces to Lithuania as you will get them back anyway. It hurts your prestige thou so depends on your situation :) Getting the 200 relations with Austria before the Jagiellon event pops up is hell.. :D

So being only 17 doesn't protect you from that general check. Though at least generals (including ruler/generals) don't actually get that check for their first 5 years of being a general.
This game puts the reality on its head. Privileges for nobility were the fuel for the king's elections. Kings in Poland were elected and without right of succession so this means 1) no chance to get elected without promising some new privileges 2) as a elected monarch without right of succession you don't care that privileges are timeless, neigher you or your heir will have to deal with them.

When it comes to Kulm not taken by Danzig - Kulm has polish culture and its better to mark it as vital province of Poland, occupy it and theres ~90% chances, that Danzig it will give it to You :) otherwise theres 90% that they left it for Teutons. At least in my campains 😅 27:38

there should be a button that automatically improves relationship with nations, until they wont join the coalition after the peace deal.

When it comes to Kulm not taken by Danzig - Kulm has polish culture and its better to mark it as vital province of Poland, occupy it and theres ~90% chances, that Danzig it will give it to You :) otherwise theres 90% that they left it for Teutons.

That's weird. In my Poland run I got claims on Bohemia instead of the pu cb.
Not weird. This video is from a while back. New patches change stuff, and I think the 1.36 patch or this current patch changed that mission sadly.
