10 - Yes I wish it had 5 seats too 9 - The key doesn't bother me 8 - Don't have that problem in mine 7 - 100% agree 6 - Since my previous car was a Corsa I do miss the good mpg to be honest but at least the EP3 isn't something ridiculous like 10mpg 5 - Not a huge issue for me 4 - Can't say as I've only had mine a few months so haven't experienced it in winter 3 - Only if you use Vtec constantly 2 - Again 100% agree 1 - Haven't lowered mine so can't say Still a fantastic car though :)
@@OllyRoss The only time I've scrap the exhaust on mine is because near to where I live there are some stupidly big speed bumps so I just avoid that road now and go the longer way. It's a good excuse for more driving :D
Another thing is the car can be quite jerky in lower gears when you give it a little throttle. Especially in traffic on 1st gear in traffic can be horrendous. I dont know if it's the Skunk 2 throttle body or I need a better map but despite all its problems I dont think I will be selling this for atleast a few years its pros out weigh its cons.

When I first got it it used to drink oil I think Castrol edge was used by the previous owner since I've changed my oil twice using Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5w40 and it drinks very little. 2. I've got a skunk 2 Megapower R with a DC sport exhaust mainland it's difficult using speed bumps if you come across the a 2 or 3 speed bump road just go over at an angle with the left tyres going over the speed bump while going slowly and the right tyres going through the gaps in the road where there isn't a speed bump.
got one of these as my first car, the only issues I've got is the windscreen fogging up (as it turns out this is a normal thing with these cars), the car being reall jerky but thats kinda my own fault for putting a 3.2kg flywheel in and the exhaust scraping everwhere, I literally can't get into multi story car garages because I'll tear off my head before making it over a crest. Turning circle is fine for me but I changed from a carbon shift knob back to the stock aluminium one and it gets incredibly cold in the winter now. Despite these things I absolutely love this thing, it's so engaging which makes it heaps fun even with 200hp
For me really was having Zero Caster and not having LSD in stock form. The tires are really skinny as well. Should come with 235/40R17. Less than this and we cant do nothing proper in track day, even with lsd
What I hate about my ep3, is being in traffic, trying to move off it sometimes jerks quite abit and it’s quite annoying. Lol!! Going over speed bumps/bumpy roads is quite difficult as well! Lol! I don’t like using the sun visor as well - they’re huge. Takes half of the screen 😂 It fogs up so badly as well... No idea if this has happened to yours, but my drivers side window keeps getting stuck, had to pull it up myself one day cuz it got stuck and started raining lol! Definitely need to get it checked out. Also, my AC needs sorting out too.

Haha! I have the prem seat rails and i haven’t thought that. I haven’t had much experience with anything else though so I guess I’m just used to it. From memory, the standard seats do have a more sturdy mechanism. Unless you are talking about the bits on the back of the chair, then my whole point is void because I’ve never had the prem Recaros! Haha
I hear you man... The "3" point turn 😂 the turning circle is sooooo shit, but in my opinion, that's the worst part of the car.... They're utter beasts, the drive hard, they handle like they're on rails... And here in nz we have the JDMs, soooooo much better ❤️
Yea. I get that driveing on almost every speed hump and scraping exhaust pipe. I'm thinking about getting 18 or 19" rims just so I can see if it stops doing that all together. Just because they come standard with 17". I think that's all to do with the manufacturers that designed the car. I don't think that they wall made for 17" rims with a spoon exhaust. With speed humps absolutely everywhere. Hitting a speed hump is bad enough.
It’s because there is no exhaust tunnel. It’s actually not too bad now that I have the car a little higher and have tires with more tread! Haha! Those few millimetres have made all the difference!
I totaly agree with steering angle part It's really annoying when parking in reverse or parking it somewhere tight, always have to correct it 2-3 times xD Love your videos man, keep them up!
Mine fogs up drives me nuts! And the centre console cover yes same problem! Mine don't use much oil though after it done over 100k I changed from 5/30 to 5/40 and it uses less now
Haha! Got a lot of open road if you are getting to the top of 6th! Haha Yeah, the hot gear stick is definitely an issue but one that I have solved now!
mini van suspension, numb eps, close to zero caster , bump steer, seat so high, all thses can be avoided during design!!!! why trash all the good suspension design they had for years!!!!!!!!!!!!

Change you're cabin filter for the foggyness. Wee bits and bobs the turning is a pain lol

No idea if this has happened to yours, but my drivers side window keeps getting stuck, had to pull it up myself one day cuz it got stuck and started raining lol! Definitely need to get it checked out.
