lenovo always nails a good keyboard at that 11" screen size ... i switched to a chromebook recently because I couldnt find a decent Windows 10 machine in my $300 price range ... i went 13" Asus c301s because it had a 1080p screen and can run some android apps. i use the android version of Word.

I'm amazed more people don't own one, especially the elderly. It beats the pants off the cloudbooks (the windows equivalent usually with atom quad/celeron dual cores, with 32gb storage) for the speed, battery life, security (no anti-virus requirement), and cost (about the same as a cloudbook). The only thing I wish is that they allowed a person to upgrade the ram and not have a soldered in emmc hd, I would pop in 128gb ssd and up the ram to 8gb so I could setup one of these for dual boot with ubuntu.

Chose to buy this over Acer r11 bcoz of it being more sturdy for rough use. Its been a month since i have bought this and so far its performing good! best part is battery...works almost a day with full charge, bad part is track pad as you already mentioned and the storage (16gb). Am considering to upgrade it once warranty expires!
