    The defendant didnt even workout in that video. He did 4 small excercises of 2 reps.
    He was there to exert power and control over a 6 year old child. A bully that considered a child an object to use to regulate his anger. Not discipline. Fear and control. A big tough "man"
    He disgusts me.

    Turning him over for CT Scan caused his heart to increase pressure on septum, his rhythm is disturbed. He goes asystole. Dr put it well as sad as it is. His heart was bearly holding on before that. No way was it pneumonia or sepsis.
    Additionally, Corey complained his legs and abdomen were hurting. The legs would be buildup of lactic acid because his heart and lungs weren't doing effective oxygen exchange both compromised. The abdominal pain possibly because of the liver laceration and blood leaking into the cavity

      @DakotaLily Месяц назад +21

      The specifics of her “addiction and relapse” are that she never used in front of Corey - has been clean with the exception of 2 isolated instances of single time use in 4 years.
      In many ways - I suspect addiction could be stretched - she could have likely set up the situation of going to treatment and subjecting to testing to PROvE she wasn’t using.
      Gregor has a criminal record with over 6 charges of assault, robbery, and destruction of property. A real criminal.

    • @DakotaLily
      @DakotaLily Месяц назад +18

      Her “relapses” were isolated singular use. Not condoning drug use - but these aren’t full blown addiction back to using.
      Sobriety is “broken” on singular use tho.
      She literally had 2 separate instances of singular use twice.

    This doctor is phenomenal!! I’m a nurse and I understand medical terminology, but I appreciate his explanations in layman’s terms as well. He speaks very clearly and explains himself and his findings very clearly without being condescending or confusing to those that are not in the medical field.

    I wish Breanna (Mom) had never asked this man for child support. I really do. Corey would still be alive and a happy 9- year old boy today if only this defendant had stayed out of his life. Why didn't this man just make child support payments and NOT choose to be an active part of his biological son's life? I think he was just so angry by the idea of having to pay any money for this little boy (his own flesh and blood) that he went out of his way to gain custody (spending--I bet--way more money in attorney's fees than he ever would have owed in child support payments) for the sole purpose of upsetting Mom, punishing her, and "flexing his muscles" in general (as all angry and narcissistic people can't help but do). As a lawyer myself, I have kept a very open mind (even after watching the treadmill video). However, there is no way that this child could have died had he not been beaten/hit/punched (or all of these) between 9am and 1pm on the day that he died. And the only person with Corey during that time period was this defendant. This doctor is clearly an objective and educated professional. The defendant's searches on the internet related to internal bleeding are very important to note. Breanna has drug problems and other issues: yes. However, she did not beat her son and of that I am certain beyond a reasonable doubt. Defense counsel is doing his job: passionately defending his client. However, the evidence has thus far built up to a standard that exceeds clear and convincing & has reached "beyond a reasonable doubt" in my opinion. Were I a juror, I would maintain an open mind and obviously wait for the defense to present its case (and give the defendant every reasonable benefit of the doubt as required by law) before considering conviction of this defendant. However, I am not a juror and I am merely stating that I am certain (right now) that this man is guilty as sin.

    1. What's with all the laughing, in court, witnesses, and Jurors waiting in the corridor.
    2. The Deputies in the back laughing and making fun of the Jury. Yawning and chewing gum.
    3. Everyone knew this court case was pending....Everyone knew to clear their calendar.....Everyone can't possibly have relatives in dire medical states?!!!!
    Lastly apologies to the murdered Victim Child Corey Micciolo, we have you in our thoughts, and we hope Justice prevails 🦋💙🌹

    He questioned this baby that morning about what was asked/said while he was with his mom at the doctor. That baby was feeling scared, probably told him that he told the doctor about the treadmill incident, and that's when he attacked that baby. He punched him so hard that he died. 😢 This coward deserves life in prison!

    He showed genuine remorse when the dog was mentioned being removed from his apartment. The fake tears and faces with the tissue he continues to show is an act! This monster BIT his son’s forehead while torturing him on that treadmill! I think he was trying to kill him intentionally! This looks premeditated and thought out. He definitely was thinking about it while Corey was on the treadmill! He’d walk away thinking of more cruelty to do to him and then he turned back around and did it! He had so much hate and anger and resentment towards that poor little boy! I can’t imagine what else Corey suffered that no one knows about. Corey’s mother couldn’t win and she knew it and that monster knew it too. He had control of them both and I believe if he could have killed her too he probably would have. He’s the epitome of evil. I hope he goes away for the rest of his life without the possibility of parole. I wish Coreys grandparents had stepped up and intervened in his care. With the amount of turmoil between his parents that little boy needed an adult to help him and keep him safe from both parents. Everyone failed this little boy. He should have been removed with the first set of bruises from both parents. I pray Corey gets justice.
