The nurse was snarky too, it was obvious by her testimony she was biased against the dad. She’s supposed to be neutral as a witness.
@@wendy1052I’d have to disagree. I didn’t think she was snarky. Expert witnesses do have to be neutral, however she is not an expert witness. She is simply just a witness if i’m not mistaken. She has to be honest about what she saw/heard and if she perceived him as being unemotional then it’s up to the jury to decide if she’s credible or not. But I do get what you’re saying!

Chris Gregor had this nasty defense attorney on retainer for MONTHS before he was even arrested.
He left his son to die alone in the hospital while he ran away.
He wouldn't pay for his own son's funeral, but he was very quick to pay a lawyer a retainer.

That's why this video is so important - its shows how he treated him on a regular - if he did that and Cory was okay except for bruises and marks - WHAT did he do to that poor baby the ONE hour after mom dropped him off for that sweet boy to be so damaged and broken ... it makes me sick to think of it.😢 💔

And because Dad and his family didn’t know what Mom was doing, they pointed their fingers at her. I could not believe that Grandma Gregory’s recent testimony included CG’s comment about “what did she do?!”. I think that is why Grandpa Gregor called the police on their way to the hospital, to hopefully set-up Breanna for the fall and all it really did was to shine the light on their son’s guilty behavior and the fact that he fled the scene. It was a huge mistake on the part of CG and his family.
I think any attempts to blame Mom after the 6+ hours she spent , at the direction of DCP&P and the court, at 3 different health care facilities which documented most of the contusions, abrasions, and the multiple ages of wound healing, the stability of Corey’s vital signs, labs and Corey’s reluctance to discuss his injuries and how they occurred. I believe it was reported that each facility reported to the social workers involved.

I imagine the prosecutors are beyond annoyed that the defense is asking for documents, especially since they likely provided him with copies of everything they are presenting. They likely prepared 4 copies of everything. 1 for them, 1 for defense, 1 for the judge and 1 for their witnesses to review if needed.

I believe when she brought him home the dad started I interrogation of the doctor visit I think he said IL call the doctor to see what you said then hegot scared and told dad I told them you made me run on the treadmill .then he beat him to death for telling ..that's exactly what happened

He fled. We all know he fled. He knew he was going to be arrested. He left that poor baby at the hospital to run. He knew he did wrong.

Probably why they had cameras, because I'm guessing there were strict rules about a child on a treadmill and this guy just ignored all of that. I lived at an apartment complex in Virginia and they had a pool. We had to sign all of the restrictions to the pool, so that's what I thought this was.

I've never heard this in any other case over years of trial watching.
Laughter is often a stress reliever! Not healthy for them to stay in a state you expect them to be in throughout this entire trial!
I know it doesn't hear well to the ear in this setting, you expect a tone of seriousness or at least decorum, but it's actually common, people still go through day to day and to the courtroom people it's business as usual so they develop a familiarity or else most of their life mindset would be focused on staying serious so it's not realistic to expect constant solemnity...I think also tv has shaped our expectancies a little bit with dramatic moments or just bad acting

His defense attorney asked the attending nurse " Aee you a member of Justice For Corey" as if it's a bad thing. She and other witnesses are there to say what they observed under oath. Yeah, he cried and took off because he knew it meant bad news for HIM not that he was distraught over his son. Never even went to his funeral. Suddenly it was ok that Corey's mom was handling everything even though he was "not there for his son" as he complained to child services. His only aim was to smear the mom to them and the hospital staff. Now it's his attorney that wants to smear not only the mom but hospital staff as well. What total scumbags.

One of the charges is for the treadmill incident. Endangerment of a child is 1 charge brought by prosecution for the treadmill incident. Murder charge is for separate unrecorded incident that caused the injuries by blunt force trauma that lead to Corey’s death. The prosecution must prove that happened in gregor’s custody

And then when he goes to prison I pray that he is in the gym running on a treadmill being forced to run faster and faster and faster

His son is no longer living so he should get ready for the death penalty. He rejected a thirty-year plea deal because he thought that he didn't deserve that. Apparently, he doesn't think that his son's murderer should be sentenced.

I had a sleepless night over the gym video.
But there are few comments - repeated from 3 or 4 accounts that say the gym video wasnt abusive. I curse you to experience the pain that child went through in the gym video.
Even 10x worse. And please please never go near a child, its a privelege, whoever is commenting that way dont deserve to be near a child ever.

This monster has one of the scariest look in his eyes I have ever seen. I feel so sad for Cory he had to deal with this monster and his anger every day. He was probably terrified of him.

33:55 Extremely rude & unprofessional of defense attorney to expect Prosecutors to have done his work for him! Having the evidence copy of the medical report is rather key to the whole case! Very shoddy work, & then to be rude & dismissal with Prosecution! Wow, grow up & do your own job!

No one but the nurses and doctors were there when Cory died 😢. They would of had to physically remove me to get me to leave that room. Poor sweet Corey 😢😢
It makes me angry that he wouldn't let the hospital contact Corey's mother. Her son was dying and she wasn't even there when he went. If nothing else he should've done it for his son. It's proof to me of how much he hated her.

Everyone is saying how awful the defense attorney is, and he does have an attitude, but his job is to defend. The judge on the other hand is SUPPOSED to be unbiased and fair without a nasty attitude.
I don't care for this judge or his biases. He's constantly berating the state at every turn.
Judge is going against precepts, a bad sign.

Parents typically know when their children are being truthful or not, and I say that to say this his mother knows right now if he harmed Corey to the point of death. Her mind has gone back to various situations and adding things together.
