At 0:25 & 0:43 I do concur with exception that b/c I'm both an E-Biker and Scooter rider, they're anything, but a menace; also depends on the rider. The first clip with the young girls having much to learn about when they giggle about safety and crashing when I see a handful of them doubling on a Neuron w/out helmets and crossing one of the busiest roads in town, safety is far from their best interest and it makes me cringe when I see them carelessly roaming in the busiest parts of town.
There use to be a time when people rode in the bed of trucks and nobody had to wear helmets. This is a easy to utilize life changing technology. Everything is a inconvenience to others. Scooter riders are mindful and rules and laws shouldn't be put in place for another 10yrs before we kill this tech in it's infancy
