  • Blake Ruffino joins Bucky Brooks from AYS to discuss the three LSU players drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars: Brian Thomas Jr., Maason Smith, and Jordan Jefferson. Blake shares insights on each of the player's impact. He notes that Maason's physicality is a question mark, highlighting that Brian Thomas Jr and Jordan Jefferson will take the house down. Additionally, they explore how Brian Kelly prepares players for the NFL, and Blake makes a HUGE statement about Brian Thomas Jr and Malik Nabers. #duuuval

I’m a Chargers fan and I was hoping we could get Brian Thomas Junior over any other receiver so I think he is better than Marvin Harrison Junior and Malik neighbors and my opinion I know I’m not going with the grain but from watching his highlights and LSU games last year, and what he’s about he is just as good if not better than any other receiver in the draft.. the Jaguars got a good receiver here!

Just wondering if he got a lot of single coverage cause Malik was being doubled. He should do well. Malik has a rare skill set

My coworker who is a giants fan, was a former recruiter for FSU Football. He said that he’s concerned about Nabers disappearing from games. Watch FSU vs LSU. Renardo Green shut Nabers down on the plays he covered Nabers. Robby watched the tape, I trust what he has seen in them.

I don't know if I would go as far as saying BTJ is better than Nabers, but I sincerely believe his ceiling is just as high. Not to mention, that BTJ is in a much better situation, when it comes to QB.

Malik has a rare skill set. Was the best WR drafted. MHJ would wince at hard hits. Does he have to the toughness? A great choice by the giants. ~Chargers fan

I'm wondering if the Jaguars should look into making a plan for the New Stadium or is it possible to save money in the process. For example, the year 2027 when the stadium will be relocated for all Jaguars homes games. Instead of spending millions of dollars to make a Stadium up to NFL compliance. Just use that one season to adjust all home games with other teams on the schedule. For example, our division games we play Houston, Tennessee, Indianapolis home game and away games. If we played all those games in their cities for that year. But give jaguars fan first preference to Jaguars home games. And if we play teams that year like Tampa, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Carolina, and make all the Jaguars home games first preference to two of those games. But play both games in each of those cities. Then maybe add a game in London for that year. That should cover must if not all the games for that season while restructuring the Stadium. But I'm not sure if that makes any sense.

This type of confirmation bias is crack for delusional fans. BTJ was a great pick but he is raw as a route runner and needs to work on that aspect of his game. Def think he is more than capable of doing it. But MHJ clears in that aspect amongst others.
