World war hulk is a really good hulk story in my opinion
I used to own the issue of this series where Hulk fought the entirety of the X Men. I would just stare at all the artwork and action for hours on end, especially Hulk vs Colossus and Hulk vs Juggernaut. This series just kicks all kinds of ass. Amazing job Nerdgasm. You're still keeping this string of amazing content going very strong.

One of the biggest Marvel blockbuster events. It's still fun to go back and read this book.

That line is not only one the best Hulk quotes but also sums up the point of this event and why it works as sequel to Planet Hulk.
While Planet Hulk was about exploring Hulk heroic qualities, his growth from outsider to savior, World War Hulk desconstructs this idea, showing Hulk dark side, how he's able cause as much destruction as the humans who hate him. There is no clear hero nor villain in this story, because everyone involved i (ex: Hulk, the Illuminati, even the civilians) are flawed individuals who are forced to face the consequences of their reckless actions, regardless of how understanble their motivations were.
Yeah I agree. Its sums up everything. He shows them they're all monsters. And they're hypocrites seeing as that's why they sent Hulk away. Its calling the kettle black. My favourite line of the story though is still the 'I wanna hear you scream' one to Black Bolt lol
