- Legendary singer Frank Ifield performs his 1963 hit record " I'm Confessin' " at the Globe Theatre Morecambe,UK.This was part of his 2018 UK tour.Fantastic night , what a performer.Went down a storm in front of a very appreciative audience.Lovely bloke as well.I have uploaded this purely for the entertainment of his UK fans who could not be there on the night.This is not done for any financial gain whatsoever and I claim no right to any copyright.I will remove this video If required to do so.
Frank was still so handsome and charming. His singing was so beautiful, and he maintained his melodic voice for most of his life. He is very much missed. May he forever rest in peace.
Absolutely brilliant voice control is out of this world his breathing when singing is amazing.His voice is like a well tuned instrument in the hands of a great player. Rip Frank ❤

This is a sad day for all us life long fans of Frank Ifield here in the UK. I was 12 years old when I first became a fan In 1962 I remember hearing him sing I remember you. I have been a fan ever since. I have seen him on stage a few times. Hopefully now singing with the angels I'm heaven. Jenny.

I remember back in the 60s my mom had one of his albums and we used to play it over and over. great voice. RIP Frank Ifield. Great Voice one of a kind.

Frank is like a fine wine he gets better with age. He is as clear as a bell and singing in the same key he recorded the original song in. What a fabulous entertainer, who deserves a place in the R&R Hall of Fame!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful performance with us. Love it.

It was reported that in 1986 he had a lung operation which went wrong & damaged his voice box which meant he could no longer sing. Maybe this video is him miming to the record. If the report was true so sag because he had a great voice & I was a fan.
Dare I say it .... but .... I think “ I’m confessing “ is a lot better than “ I Remember You” ... I completely forgot about this track even , all of a sudden, realise my mom and dad had both on 45 , 7inch singles , with that glorious Green Columbia Label . On this track he sounded just like the record even late in life , the style , pitch and pronunciation was just the same . R.I.P Frank ... I’m sure we must “CONFESS “ we will “REMEMBER “ you

Hmmmm, sounds like the exact backing tracks and age of voice on my 1963 pressing of I'm Confessin'. ..... Not that I mind the fella getting out and about, at his age I'm impressed he can show up to the gig!

Yes, I find it difficult to think he's actually singing this. I would think age would change his voice some, but I think he had to re-learn how to sing again in the 80s because of an accident or illness. I can't imagine he could come back from that and be able to sing so perfectly.
If he’s not miming that’s pretty close to the original.
What a voice!!!!!!! I love this song!!!!!!! I wonder if he's singing it here. It sounds too perfect to be true. Because the music is so much like that of the recording, I'd say he's lip-syncing.
Yes this is too good so I guess Frank is miming here.... But I'm not sure why - I bet he could still do a great version
I believe Frank was lip- syncing ,but it was a fantastic night anyway and a pleasure to see this lovely man live on stage .

What a great voice and song. Lip syncing or not, it is great seeing him perform live. It is 2024 and Frank is 86 glorious years young! His music is SO uplifting.
