for everyone else: actual tutorial starts 2:17. use detailed analysis rather than fast, crop less, and i'd cut the smoothness back to 25% and start from there. most times i preserve the scale when i can. but knowing i'm going to need warp stabilizer in post, i shoot handheld just a litttttle wider to compensate for that crop. should help with that weird warp frame bending thing it does.
thanks bro. that helped alot. greatly appriciate you putting in the time and effort to help us all with that knowledge . wishing u more luck, wealth, health and love.
I tested these by myself and there are few extra things you could consider like crop less smooth more you can try like 80% or click detailed analysis instead of fast analysis. The smoothness range also depends on the clip. 1% to max. 30% is ideal. I'm currently switching to davinci but still haven't found out how stabilization works like in premiere.
it actually works a litttttle better in davinci i feel. but the moment you have any footage that has a light change, forget it. overall, premiere is better.

Hey man! Little tip: you don’t have to dragNdrop the effect to the clip… if it’s already highlighted like in your case, double clicking Warp will apply it automatically… a few mouse moves saved haha ✌🏼😃
tip 2 is you dont have to reapply warp after cropping the unusable/shaky part. Can just hit reanalyze and it will update the calculation without the shakies.
I'm working with shots that are really shaky. Not sure why it is this shaky, but it obviously was not shot with a tripod. This warp stabilizer might help a tiny bit, but without choosing "warp" it still looks warped and the perspective looks weird. Any other tool to use to reduce shake? I have to bring it up to more than 50% smoothness.
You got it right. I am wondering why position, rotate and scale stabilization is not the default setting. This is because perspective and more extreme homography stabilization is working only better on still objects. Even perspective is not good at all for filming moving objects because the stabilization it will be irritated by any moving object.
@GakuLange hoping you see this comment and respond as I have a dilemma. Warp stabilizer and speed ramp doesn’t work on premiere, and when I nest as recommended by most, it changes the 60fps video to the 30fps timeline. This defeats the purpose of shooting 4k 60fps as I want to slow it up nicely. Please do you have any suggestions? I am loosing my mind and been at this for hours. Also warp stabilizer crops my video so badly, I am new this and trying to learn and your videos have been helpful but this issue is driving me crazy! 🙏🏾🤞🏾 Help please
Smooth tip my bro! I appreciate you helping out the learning community! Simple yet very effective tips like this definitely help my game out alot! thank you bro God bless
Where is your Glidecam? :)) You live in America or where else? ) I've bought a used one few days ago and I instantly feel it's benefits. Once I've get rid of the camera's belt (Fujifilm's belt system isn't steadycam friendly!) or probably will add quick release parts then my steadycam abilities will be even better. I'm not pretending to be a pro or whatever but I feel that it's not that pain to learn as some ppl tells. And it will power-up my hands definitely ))
I recorded some videos, with no stabilizar on, I thought it was on but it was not, so now my video is really shaky, I see that you used a video that got shot with stabilizar and i have done that before and it smoth the shot a bit better, but like i said, my video i shot it with no stabilizar at all. Any Help would be greatly appreciate it.
Good afternoon. Hope all is well with you and yours. How do you understand more of this, how do I solve this problem each time the image gets smaller? ruclips.net/video/kjBSVRWOlEc/видео.html. I cut each part down to +/- 20 to 30 seconds and used Warp Stabilizer on each one. Thanks

i think you put wrong the example at 0:20, the top one says "original clip" but is the one stabilized

i used to do muscle control training for dubstep and breakdance and it translated very well on my video shots😂😂
I've searched for the advanced section explanation actually. But your tip is good too, thanx!

Thanks! I had some footage I shot with an 85mm by hand, and this helped a lot!
Thnks a lot man, as I was struggling with my clips duhhhhh
Thanks bro great content! By the way you labeled the clips wrong at :20 in this video. Its clear that the bottom one is much more shaky
thanks for sharing! greetz from belgium

Super helpful buddy! thanks a lot.
Thank you mate. This helped me sooo much stabilizing a huge clip flying through a show room

so do you like to apply warp on nested scenes or the actual individual clips
Great video thanks for the upload 🐼👍
That was very helpful. Thanks for your time
The warp stabilizer is used into the main video track or the adjustment layer ? Can you please clear my doubt
THANK YOU SIR!!!
This was so useful!
is there a way to do this in lumafusion ?
Thank you, very useful!
Thank you!
Smooth tip my bro! I appreciate you helping out the learning community! Simple yet very effective tips like this definitely help my game out alot! thank you bro God bless
what do you did if the warp stabilizer crops your video? I can't seem to get it to stop cropping
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
As someone with a new channel, this is really valuable info,
Thanks for sharing,
Godspeed and God bless!
on another note, what kind of Mac stand do you use there. is it any good?
Love the colors on that shot. Is it a lut?
Tnx men ! 🔥

This could have been 30s my dude. Thanks though it really helped!
Bless you child
Hy man can I know the specs of your Mac thanks
wanted to ask for the warp stablelizer what frame rate are you using? 4K ? OR 1080P?
That's a resolution, not a frame rate.
Super helpful :))
Show us how you take that shot
The question is how can you shoot with that low angle with only handheld and the footage is that smooth
Is Their any free 4k video stabilizer??
Google photos.
You are a legend sir 磊🏅
Now that was depth
TLDR;
Borders -> Framing : Stabilize, Crop, Autoscale
Stabilization -> Smoothness -> : Smoothness 10%
Stabilization -> Method -> Position, Scale, Rotation
EXCLUDE PAN shots
Why not explain the complete Warpstabilize?!?
No shot you didnt even show the advanced settings, turn off fast analysis and turn on detailed
for the first clip just add 1-2 kilo to your camera and its gonna look more naturally shaked
broooo, we mustn't let them know 😅
hahaha trade secrets
in all seriousness though, these are legit tips - I've sometimes even used it at 1% when the footage allows!
not everyone is interested in these niches so we’re lucky haha
4:24
I just came here to stabilize some shaky forest footage but... Jhope... that u? 🌼😅
Uh I don’t like this stabiliser cuz it takes forever to pre render to watch 😮
❤
Stabilize like a pro? Sure thing.. no secrets revealed on this "tutorial" or wtv this is.
Good afternoon.

maybe less zoom for the noobs
I don't understand why so many youtubers don't just get to the actual point. Thumbs down.
Cry me a river Steve
You didn’t explain nothing
It didn’t work
Bad example, useless.
thank you Castro
