Top respect to this lad for opening up about his demons and mental health and its straight from the heart. I've suffered for years with poor mental health and addiction and the one thing I have learned is that the only person who is going to help you is you, its hard to do but with help you can beat it.

I know you're wrestling with your own demons but you should be proud of what you're enabling your guests to achieve through discourse. Keep up the good work. It's clearly helping many people.

Great interview, I relate to everything Paul said. I was a big lad when I was young but very insecure since my parents divorce when I was 4. i got bullied by 4 or 5 skinny kids. In 76 I passed my eleven plus and had the long hot summer to contemplate moving to the big school. I got fed up of worrying and simply decided if anybody hurt me they would get my very dark side. Within a couple of years the other kids avoided me and I enjoyed stealing cigarettes off my previous bullies. Moved to London as soon as possible after school and became a South London bouncer. Proud to say I never beat anybody up and I was never beaten up either

One ☝🏼 of my biggest addictions that I am ashamed of is Tim tams …. Especially with a glass of milk 🥛…. Drugs and schizophrenia or prison and being sectioned is not a problem… it’s those chocolate 🍫 Tim tams…

Always makes me laugh when someone is declared the hardest.......what it means is the hardest of the people that aren't actually functioning members of society 😅 I'm sure there are some hard dads out there working 9 to 5 to support their kids

He had to make a response video 'i only worked a few shifts on the doors' as to not upset the real hard fuckers out there that dont run about with replica guns on the streets. And i think he is wise enough to know he's ok fighting semi pro sort of white collar, but some animals around that well rounded fighters wouldn't mind taking that title off him, so he had to straighten that out....:)

@@jamiejosh96 Dont let the little youtube cult see that mate, theres a few thousand die hard venis is the terminator plums around, they think hes some sort of unstoppable force, same sort of people that idolise a crackpot, liability roidhead that went around punching doorman, same mentality of people. Real deal hardmen, dangerous people do not go in to prison and go whos the hardest where is he, or go around cracking doormen......yeh hes got a record of 20 summit knockouts, i've knocked over 100 people out at work, out of work, in a cage, but they weren't good fighters, some were ok, but they weren't anything worth mentioning, i only knocked them out instead of submitting them because the bosses told me that submissions were dull, i would shoot in double leg venis, take him down, and reign fire on him, hed gass out wriggling about and id just keylock him or armbar him, choke him, smash him, he said decca isn't in my league, people have inflated this guys ego so much since that fight, nobody knew who he was outside teeside, he thinks hes up there, hes what 5'10, stiff as an egyptian mummy, as slow as week in a police cell, he doesn't move, one solid straight right to that melon, anyone thats fast on their toes with a bit of power, goodnight irene to venis, and i think decca would have him, i watched both of them, and decca at his best is quicker, just better than venis.

@@TheReesi73 Lenny was roided out his nut. Yeh he was a big fker, not much skill, see all these guys, any good fighter, trained fighter would lay out ten lenny mcleans, one after another, in the ring, on the cobbles, you think guys that are mma guys cant bite noses off and gouge eyes? They do, and the difference between them and lenny is theyre trained at getting you in a position to do that, even your average 95kg mma guy, thats a pretty good wrestler would fuck lenny mclean up anywhere, if he was an animal and had a nasty streak to fight dirty, these guys are only known for bully tacticts and being crackpots, theyd get punched all over by decent fighters, believe it.
