My son passed away aged 6yrs 11 months in 2009. His bedroom stayed the same until we moved home in 2012. I still have his teddy bear which hasnt been washed, because it still smells of him, his glasses still have his fingerprints on. My clothes are still stained from the blood when they were trying to revive him. You don’t wash anything of a child you have lost. Poor little girl x
There’s one thing I noticed about Kate when her 3 year old daughter had been “abducted” she had different earrings on everyday, and different bracelets, I wouldn’t even have the strength to change my knickers every day never mind my jewellery!! 😢
As a father I wouldn’t even be able to stand up! I’d have to drugged immediately as my mind and body would not be able to cope… I think I would genuinely go insane!
This u would feel so sick and helpless ud be mentally unwell: even qs a doctor. Infact esoecially as a doctor knowing the trauma and physical pain ur child may have gone through.
I’m a pediatrician and my husband is a paramedic. Being a medical professional does not harden you to the death of your own child. The agony is immediate and never goes away. 5 years later I still cry every day, I still have clothes in a plastic bag to retain her smell. Laura had many medical problems, we knew she wouldn’t outlive us, and we had her for 32 years and none of that made any difference to degree of grief. 💕🐝💕
@@amazinggrace5692 that’s nonsense, the Aggregate picture of a whole is very suspect!! What’s behind it isn’t the hardening to your child’s death? These guys are creepy people and that’s what you see, creepy guys the way they gone about things feels weird when they discredit the very people whom are probably with good intentions but don’t ever get the credit they deserve!!
So sorry for your loss but so welcome your insight! I think we all know the parents were involved but being a doctor knowing personal grief re-enforces the view that it is the McCanns that are cold and not others in your profession. Thank you for sharing!
The McCanns are adamant that Maddie is still alive and yet when a girl years later claimed to be their missing daughter, they had no interest in her story whatsoever... strange reaction, which suggests that they knew all along that their daughter was already deceased
@@nataliemadrigal899 Of course she is! The dogs proved that a violent death occurred inside the apoartment. The photos prove the last time she was seen alive. The dogs proved that the corpse had first been removed from 5a to a safe place, and been frozen. And the collected and as that corpse is missing, it must have been transported and dumped. All the clues are there. Only a fool cannot connect them.
@@TF-ne6bb I was born in 1963 and my parents wouldn't have done that until I was at least 6 and even then it was exceptional. I don't know of anyone who has left babies as young as the McCann babies to defend themselves it's called neglect! Babies are simply physically and mentally incapable of dealing with any kind of self help at 3 and below
Yeah, when my son was young, I wouldn’t even leave him in the car if I was filling with fuel. Even if he was sleeping, I’d carry him into the kiosk to pay - and it was only 20 feet from the car!
It irritates me when people say that this was normal behaviour at this time. It wasn’t normal behaviour at all. I was never left alone in a room as a child in the 80s. I took my godson on holiday to Portugal around this time both before and after this incident and would have never considered leaving him. Also the culture there can be so family friendly. They make a big fuss over kids when they eat out, children sleep in prams etc if needed. I don’t know why you wouldn’t want to take your children out with you on a family holiday.
@smooshie4210 I agree, but I think the McCanns thought it was ok to mix a family/mates holiday. The consequences of that decision were children left alone at a very young age, in an unlocked room, out of ear shot of their parents, which resulted in the loss of one of those children. We have no idea at this time how Madeleine McCann went missing, but her parents would like to push us up the abduction route without proof or logic. Each and every one of the parents at that restaurant is guilty of neglect regardless of whose children were whose and even Madeleine, a baby, questioned her own parents when she spent 45 minutes the previous night crying for them, that in my mind is a girl who was fed up of being left alone and frightened. In my view, no one checked on those babies at regular intervals, they were left to it. And the fact that the McCanns protect themselves before opening their minds to all the possibilities of their daughter's mysterious disappearance is staggering and inhumane
My condolences to all the people who posted here who have lost children. I know the pain is lifelong, but I hope each of you has found a way to cope with the rest of your life.
just who are these millions of people who say this is a normal thing to do when on Holiday. who would say its okay to leave a child alone in a foreign country. it’s unbelievable
I can hand on heart say that I would not even use babysitting services in any place I don't know. I absolutely do NOT say everyone should feel like that, but, I don't know who hotels employ and that's just my opinion. They are complete strangers to me and could be anyone. I've booked to take my 8 year old son abroad with me, just the two of us, next year. He'll have an amazing time in the pool, meeting friends, going to the beach, playing football...but he will be within my sights 100% of the time. This whole group of adults are very sus. If they couldn't be bothered with the babysitting services and couldn't be bothered to take their children to dinner with them, why didn't they take turns babysitting!? Would it be so much of a hardship for one couple or even one adult to miss out on one night at the bar??
I’ve been a nurse for 40 years, and in my professional life have seen hundreds of dead and dying people, but if my child was missing, possibly abducted, I would be hysterical and unable to function in any capacity. I would’ve ended up in a mental institution if that had happened to me. The way the McCanns behaved was very strange and suspicious.
I'm a nurse, working in trauma and I can honestly say I wouldn't be in hysterics. I'd be distraught inside but I think I'd look calm on the outside. People react differently.
They believed innocent people carry on as normal, and that's exactly what they did, they forgot to act as parents who cannot find their child in a foreign country. They didn't show emotion because they thought it would give them out that they know their little Maddie was gone. Maddie deserved better
I remember seeing a mother once whose child vanished in a big store. I’ll never forget her screams of pure terror calling his name. Luckily she found him. The McCanns didn’t even search. That’s the difference.
The McCanns, who in there right mind would go out jogging if there child was taken. Its Bizarre behaviour. Only those who know that the child is beyond any help, she died in that apartment, and they hid her body very well.

Portuguese police knew this from the start… poor detective had his professional life and reputation dragged through the mud by the McCanns… Kate went to the apartment noticed Madeleine “was missing” and went back to the group, leaving the babies alone again… who would do that?? The couple discredited the Portuguese police, brought in Scotland Yard and their dogs, who detected blood in the apartment and car… they were discredited too!!! Then they were considered persons of interest by the police, the next day they had their arses on a plane back to the UK… I would not leave that place until I completely exhausted all options and then again!! When my 39 year old son died I never slept for weeks I just sat up in silence looking at his photo of him I was in totally distress and cried every day it’s four years on and I still cry all the time
You need to tell your doctor about this. They can prescribe an anti-depressant for this type of sadness. It happened to a close family member and now things are much much better.
@@barbaraspector6689It really depends on the person. My mother was offered drugs after my brother died because her "grief wasn't normal." It has been 19 years and I still have days where I am useless, crying all day. Everyone's grieving process is different. 4 years after my brother died I was still in pretty rough shape. I can't imagine how it was for my mother. You spend 9 months carrying your child, then in my brother's case, 21 years watching them grow and learn, you aren't going to stop grieving them in the first few years.
I am so so sorry, if you do what the person earlier recommended and go for anti depressants. Don't take them for more than 3 to 6 months. They become very addictive and don't work.
My son has been missing 6 yrs 8mths. He was 22yrs old when it happened. Anything i found odd in & around my home i bagged it up in a ziplock bag eg found a bikies ring..i still have it bagged up..found an odd shirt & one of my sons socks placed under his car months later, appeared to be blood on it. Cops had no interest in anything. So i bagged everything up, held numerous searches for my son, collected & bagged everything i found. Still have everything here in my home. Theres no way i would wash anything, especially my sons things. I even bought my own luminol, pretended to be a research company in Australia & ordered professionally used luminol from CSI laboratory in America & tested things i found. If your child is missing, you dont wash anything or disturb the crime scene. These parents deliberately disrupted the crime scene & evidence. Thats called guilt. Why did they clean the appartment & wash everything? Only 1 answer to that.. to cover up

“5 ice creams” -Jerry McCann, those words nailed this guests timeline perfectly. Who says, we had 5 ice creams on the beach the day before? You would just say, we had ice creams. It’s the emphasis on 5, that gives the lie away. Bless those dogs; they confirmed my suspicions all along. This needs to be made into a Netflix Series, where he breaks key parts down in each episode. Great work, best interview done for Maddie; may she RIP ❤
I'm guessing there is an ice-cream vendor somewhere who could confirm to police that s/he'd sold 5 ice creams to a family and didn't think it an odd number.
Yes. I just wish I was a hacker, so I could find out what dirt the McCann couple has on the Tapas 7….to keep them all complicit with the lie. Jerry could have concrete photographic SA dirt on Dave etc. Whilst Ms McCann would have liked a burial in an obvious place. Jerry is too calculated and logical. He would have turned Maddie to ashes or at the very least buried her somewhere no one would even look to find, somewhere so discreet. It’s Jerrys mastermind and the uk government cover up. I just wish the Portuguese police drug tested and SA checked, those other two siblings on the day Maddie was reported, and made an arrest warrant for Maddie parents the day the dogs discovered human blood and cadaver.
IMO Madeline was already dead and them leaving the kids alone opened up the abduction scenario,to the world they will look bad parents but not murderers
He said everything that most of us always thought. I would question anyone that would leave their babies alone in an apartment whilst you go off for dinner & wine! Shame on them
I also went on a Mark Warner holiday which is for families. The whole set up is geared for kids at night with listening devices and the holiday reps paroling the rooms if your kids are in bed. Why did they not use that FREE service? Especially with 3 children?
Evil aristocrats.... They sacrificed him for their occult rituals .. I believe they left her home knowing someone will come and fetch him . Most of rich Europeans believe in evil practices like yoga ,voodoo n such

This is the exact issue. It really is a class thing. If it was a family from a council estate or like you said a single parent family, you'd be arrested and deemed a neglectful parent

I wouldn't have left them alone in the first place but I would grab those babies and then run for help. I wouldn't leave my kids in a place that means danger. Who knows if a person or people are still around. You just don't leave kids that young alone. Alot can happen in 15 minutes. Maddie could have woken and looked for her parents. Not finding them fell into the pool or out in the road looking for them. Its just all around dangerous. Its not like you're in your own backyard with a baby monitor.

The relief was indescribable. I will never forget the terror & panic for about 1 minute. This was 47 years ago & is still fresh in my mind.
@@BeforeThisNovember if you don‘t get it than you don‘t get it. She is talking about that feeling when you think you might have lost your child, everyone who experienced it even if it just for a minute in a store just KNOWS the sheer panic that rushes to your whole body…Horror! the point is that Kate reacted weird by not raising the alarm right there and then IN the Appartment the second she realized Maddie was not there.
I had done a deep dive into this case several years ago and I always felt that the best theory was that, while on holiday, these parents were in the habit of giving the kids mild sedatives each night to ensure they’d stay asleep and then the parents could enjoy long evenings of dining and drinking wine uninterrupted. Then perhaps Madeleine was still waking up so they accidentally overdosed her, or she had a reaction to the sedative while not being monitored. Both Kate and another colleague on the trip were anesthesiologists so they may have felt very confident in administering sedation. If there were other parents on board with the sedation of the children and if they had all agreed this was a fine plan for uninterrupted evenings, then they would all feel some culpability to keep quiet about it when things went bad. It could even have happened a night or two before the incident was reported, with ample time to plan what to do about it. I recall there was some question about lack of photos of Madeleine after a certain point in the trip.
There is also talk of one of the other children having developed bad stomach issues. So, I wonder if its possible Madeline became ill too, with the same thing? A possible bad mix. Vomiting, to death, while sedated? Or, did that illness, wake her up, and she wandered looking for her parents, whilst sedated (in a drunk like state)? Perhaps the other child's stomach issues, were really a reaction to the medication given to them all, for sedation? It is quite possible for any person to react to medication, by the body expelling it in one direction or the other. In the end, so, much can be speculated on.
@@SK-ih8gm No they didn’t have a ‘nanny’ as such, the beach excursion was part of the kids club daytime activities where they took the little ones out on a boat.
Nothing is " normal" about that case. The parents accusing Mr. Goncalo Amaral making money on Madeleine with his book, while the parents still making money due to people donating and getting funded by the english taxpayers money. Mr Amaral has and had no reasons to lie. The parents have many. I personally think Mr Amaral was pretty spot on.
The parents aren't funded by tax-payer monies. Don't be silly. The public donations go to the Madeleiene Fund, a not-for-profit company, to which Kate McCann sent more than half a million quid from sales of her 2011 book. The fund's website lists what the monies will be spent on.

The parents screamed " abduction" because they knew that if Maddie had an accidental fall that resulted in her death while being unsupervised that they could be prosecuted for child neglect .
Agree. I've always thought that's exactly what went down. She went up there to check on them and found her unresponsive so she fabricated the bs story.
What stood out to me was that when Kate realised Maddie had "been taken from the room", She LEFT the twins AGAIN to go back to the restaurant to let everyone know that maddie had disappeared. If you just noticed your child had been taken, whyyyyyy would you leave TWO of your other children yet again to go back to the restaurant?? It doesn't make any sense. The parents also refused to answer several questions when questioned by the police. Billions of funding has gone into searching for her and when "potential maddies" have come forward, believing to be her... the victims have been more eager to get the DNA carried out than the Mccans. It's like they knew already that there was no chance of finding her alive. How did they get to keep the twins? They neglected their kids in a foreign country.. I believe there is way more to this family and the actual events. Everything just seems off. The parents are odd and their stories have never been consistent. Also, very convenient that the blame got shifted onto the paedo from Germany when he was convicted for other crimes. I believe the parents are guilty.

This is the first time anyone has spoken about what happened to little Madeleine and made sense. So much crap and obfuscation and total nonsense until Bernt Stellander. Brilliant podcast James English Scotsman extraordinaire. Absolutely brilliant choice of guest. That wee girl needs peace and we all need the truth
What also doesn’t add up is that the parents never declared (I didn’t read the books, I mean during the TV statements) that they really felt guilty for not being with their kids. If I were Maddy’s mum, I would have felt guilty for the rest of my life and it’s probably the first thing I would have said if I had been interviewed.
Exactly, they defend the decision instead which is insane. Even in situations where it truly isn't a parents fault a child died/went missing they STILL blame themselves. I've heard parents of abducted children who were abducted just walking somewhere and the parents are full of guilt for even letting their child walk 2 blocks at a much older age. Or simply having them in the car when there was an accident that lead to death. Even when it truly isn't the parents fault they go out of their way to blame themselves. Not these parents. They fully admit to neglect and DEFEND it.
How do you know they don't feel guilt or sorrow? Maybe you missed that interview? What do they owe you or the general public? If you've lost a child, maybe like some of us - having your emotions on display to the public (who you owe nothing) is uncomfortable. You're judging people on your own standards. Does everything in your life bear public scrutiny? Your 'Doesn't add up...' is a witch hunt.
@@markjackson5704they don’t owe anyone anything. But they DAMN WELL owe their daughter that guilt that they SHOULD feel having left her alone AT THE AGE OF THREE! You’d have to be the most heartless person to not feel guilt. THATS what matters
I almost got stranded last year in Cardiff due to a concert and their crazy 1-way system making me miss my coach back to Manchester. Somebody rang Social Services and reported my then FIFTEEN year old son being at home alone, and someone from S.S. actually came out to check on my Teenager!! Yet these 2 leave 3 babies under the age of 4 in their hotel room whilst the parents got drunk and somehow have never faced trouble for neglect!!!!
They got around that because they are a part of the elite who used the British police and media to intimidate the the local police- goodness knows what they were up to or what agreements had been made , the more you read into this stuff the more freaky and disturbing it gets !
That's the thing Mrs Carlie... I'm Portuguese. Our Inspector Gonçalo Amaral did demand the detainment of the McCanns!!! Because they become suspects after interrogations... But UK authorities did prevent that! You don't get it..... UK government and officials PROTECTED the McCanns!!!! Gonçalo Amaral even said in an interview "....Because they're mid-high class UK citizens. And the UK government doesn't like when their upmost/promising citizens get involved in scandals....". I hope you can deduce what he was implying.... Because your question/wonder DID came about. And they did swarm Portugal! I think they had a minister after 24 hours over the incident! They had reporters, police, agents,..... EVERYONEEEE and EVERYTHINGGG. Just like the case of Amanda Knox in Italy... Mrs Carlie... If your country interferes with the Justice system of another country, that's crossing a BIG red line. Or vice-versa! You could call it "Deep State" like in the USA.... They're fed up with the lies, manipulations, the privileges, the back stabbing,... You name it of the "Northen powerful countries". You go look.... How many foreigners there get their governments involved in crime cases??? Zero?? Almost none?? Yeah.... Why that is....
As stated, I don't believe anyone's first reaction would be to say their child was abducted. My first thought would be that my daughter is missing and that maybe she woke up and had wandered out to look for me. I'd be out looking for her until I dropped.
exactly, her first reaction should have been to look up and down the corridors, check with reception staff, ask anyone around if they'd seen her, call her name while running around like crazy, you know all the normal things all parents do when their toddler goes out of sight while in public. Not run back to her friends?! She should have immediately raised an alarm for everyone in the hotel to search for Maddie. Kids wander off all the time! She thought she'd been abducted because how could a fully sedated kid get up by themselves and leave while drowsy. Maddie had clearly been drugged to sleep.
Wow amazing podcast- it’s been one of those cases I have been following since it exploded on the scene and was always left 🤔 puzzled cuz things didn’t match up. I look forward to reading your book! They won't because various British governments have thrown literally millions of pounds at pointless searches and investigations over the years and it would be politically embarassing to then admit that was wasted. They could have just called the Portuguese police who have known the truth all along but for some reason these people have been protected from day 1. Given some of the people they knew maybe a case of what they knew about others,at least one of their personal friends was a former prominent British politician revealed to be a wrong un after his death.
They are part of the masons and high up satanist they’re protected big time! Evil disgusting people that poor girl what did she go through my heart hurts for her
I stopped believing the parents when, after being asked if he had anything to do with his daughter’s passing he answered, “No. And that’s an emphatic no.”
He also said "if it happened then"... And he was right, because if she died the night before, they had time to do all the things the PJ concluded happened.
I always remember Gerry saying he wanted to grieve for Madeleine only a few weeks after she was "taken". You don't grieve a missing child....you grieve a dead one. And he knew full well that Madeleine was dead.
Perhaps because Graham Hill, "a detective superintendent and senior investigating officer with knowledge about predatory child sexual abusers and non-familial child abduction" who was sent out by CEOP when Goncalo Amaral reached out to the organization, had told the McCanns days after she was reported missing that if a sexual predator had taken Madeleine, then she was likely dead within 3 to 6 hours. Per the stats. CEOP = Child Exploitation Online Protection Centre.
Yes, and that is the reason why they say they feel a bit better with time going by. Thats what tipically happens with death - while parents of missing children never give up hope and don't get better.
There’s a video on RUclips Kates Freudian Slip - she was charity running for a missing persons charity and she said “ I know this won’t help M…..’ Yet they maintain they carry on accepting government tax payers money to look for her
As a parent, If you'd been asked all those questions by the police.. You wouldv answered everyone of them in order to help the police try and find your child.. UNLESS... You knew exactly what'd happened and YOU were hiding something in order to not be found guilty! Fantastic interview
Hi I just drove 250 miles and listened to the excellent pod cast on The McCann case! It was brilliant and your guest is excellent! Riveting! I’m going to buy his book and believe what he’s said! Thanks so much! Xx
Maddie died on my Birthday. I’ve not had one since where I don’t say a prayer for her soul. I moved to Australia later that year and bizarrely my neighbour had moved from Leicester. She had worked with Gerry and told me how arrogant he was and a huge flirt with the nurses. The whole thing has never sat right in my mind that Gerry and Kate were so nonchalant about the whole thing. Washing Maddie’s toy was all I needed to know that they were guilty. NO loving parent would wash a toy that was their child’s favourite cuddle toy! My Son’s bear had to wrestled from him to wash it. It smelt of him and I’d never have washed it if he’d gone missing! They’re GUILTY.
When I lost my cat, I never washed any of her stuff after. The idea of washing any of my clothes that had her fur on it pained me. I did it but only out of necessity. Definitely not any normal behaviour for a mother to just chuck her 'missing' daughter's toy into the washer mere days later.
Well this is FASCINATING! I’m compelled by the findings of Foreign Detective Stellander’s theory, but regardless, I would like justice for Madeleine McCann and for the truth to finally come to light, and for Maddie to be formally laid to rest. Poor little innocent girl.
He's an optometrist not a detective and a lot of what he said here is inaccurate nonsense. If he really had the proof he repeatedly claimed to have why is no one in prison, why isn't it in the front of every newspaper? People like him make it less likely she will ever be found. Maybe he should go and look at the Summer Wells case of 3 years ago- that's a child that most certainly was killed by her parents but noone has ever been charged.
I am not a father/guardian but never in a million years would I leave children on their own in my house let alone abroad.Infact I don’t think I have met a parent that would ever consider doing this.
They didn’t take a pushchair on holiday despite it being a family vacation and having 3 kids under 3 find me another set of parents who would do this unless they planned on never leaving the resort and just staying around the pool by day and bar by night. I still took a pushchair when my kids were 5/6 so come night time they could sit with books colouring or tablet if we went for late dinners shows and fall asleep on the walk back to hotel so all I had to do was lift them into bed. I can’t believe a group of doctors didn’t either take pushchairs and do similar or hire the hotels nanny.
"Oh, what a tangled web we weave when at first we start to deceive". The truth is so much plainer than any lie we can concoct. The moment we witness someone having to flick back through pages in their mind's plot, is the moment we see their story as a creation. For truth spills out uncontained and as pristine as a sunken galleon's golden treasure, whereas lies stink to high heaven and break into a million worthless pieces once they are discovered. I thank the universe for putting intelligent, decent, people on our paths who are prepared to take [much] time to unearth truths. I believe they were out thrre (swinging ) with those other couples and needed to leave kids to party and swing so that's reason I think started doping the kids

Turned out the parents were out at the disco on site having a great time drinking and they left their kids alone all night in the room. The child was safe but as the family weren't tourists they were locals i was told this is the usual behaviour of parents when they take their kids to a resort.. absolutely shocking to see this behaviour as recent as July 2024.
I think that Maddie had woken up without her parents and so next night they (Kate was an anaesthetist) gave her more sedation & either that killed her or she woke groggy and had a fatal accident. It’s also interesting that the twins, with all the chaos going on around them didn’t wake up at all. Have to remember that these were upwardly mobile people, Gerry was a senior surgeon, Kate was an anaesthetist, they had a lot to lose had their daughter to have been found dead. Their children would have been taken by British social services & their reputations would have been damaged for all time, especially if in a post mortem drugs were found in Maddie’s system. Twins will be adults now, interesting to know their thoughts?
I definitely think she woke up groggy and fell, hit her head on the tiles and died. They covered it up when they found her (probably hours after it happened)

I'm yet to talk to any parent who would leave their babies in a room, with the door unlocked, a 5 minute walk away in a foreign country - no one!
My parents did that kind of thing in the 70s and 80s all the time.
@@TF-ne6bb I was born in 1963 and my parents wouldn't have done that until I was at least 6 and even then it was exceptional. I don't know of anyone who has left babies as young as the McCann babies to defend themselves it's called neglect!
If these were an ordinary couple living in a tower block on benefits they would have been charged at the very least with child abandonment or neglect…

I'm a nurse, working in trauma and I can honestly say I wouldn't be in hysterics. I'd be distraught inside but I think I'd look calm on the outside.

Only 1 answer to that.. to cover up

@@speedofskaja everyone’s different and you don’t know exactly how she reacted
@@BeforeThisNovember Actually we do. Read her book..
Yeah right and you shared it just now,
I had done a deep dive into this case several years ago and I always felt that the best theory was that, while on holiday, these parents were in the habit of giving the kids mild sedatives each night to ensure they’d stay asleep and then the parents could enjoy long evenings of dining and drinking wine uninterrupted.
This has always made the most sense. Nothing else adds up. Too bad they got away with it.
BaNg on !!!
This scenerio sounds like a very real ring of truth.

The parents screamed " abduction" because they knew that if Maddie had an accidental fall that resulted in her death while being unsupervised that they could be prosecuted for child neglect .
And the other children would be inspected and seen sexual abuse
@@deathbystereo-genuine question, but why does the sexual abuse accusations or p file stuff keep getting thrown at them. Is there evidence for this.
If Maddie did have an accidental fall which resulted in death how did they get rid of her body in such a short time-frame?
And, drugging the children so they’d sleep.
I believe the parents are guilty.
i totally agree..
I wonder if the twins have ever asked mum and dad any questions about Madeline's disappearance? Two basic questions they could ask are: why did you leave us and Maddie alone to go drinking and why did you not pay for the baby sitting service?

First time is Amaral (lets not forget that).
You are so right about this. They both would feel horrible and would likely express that continually.
Absolutely!

As stated, I don't believe anyone's first reaction would be to say their child was abducted. My first thought would be that my daughter is missing and that maybe she woke up and had wandered out to look for me. I'd be out looking for her until I dropped.
Similar to Summer Wells case in that respect..🤔
Exactly!
And no tears...
I agree the last thing I would think is the worse case scenario as to being abducted
exactly, her first reaction should have been to look up and down the corridors, check with reception staff, ask anyone around if they'd seen her, call her name while running around like crazy, you know all the normal things all parents do when their toddler goes out of sight while in public.

Horrible couple

They had to wash it. Maddie clung to it as she died. They knew the sniffer dogs were on the way.

When I lost my cat, I never washed any of her stuff after. The idea of washing any of my clothes that had her fur on it pained me. I did it but only out of necessity. Definitely not any normal behaviour for a mother to just chuck her 'missing' daughter's toy into the washer mere days later.

In the room there were more children sleeping. Thankfully other spanish speaking guests at the hotel took him to the main reception. Turned out the parents were out at the disco on site having a great time drinking and they left their kids alone all night in the room. Sounds over dramatic but I promise you it’s rife.
I never left my sleeping three year old alone. That's crazy.
@@texasrose2315on the netflix show the parents say something about people not understanding because something to do with culture or country customs. In what country is leaving toddlers home alone normal?? I don't care how close you are or how often you're checking on them, leaving toddlers home alone in an unlocked house... they should have been charged with child endangerment at the least
@@texasrose2315it’s not leaving a sleeping toddler alone and checking on them hourly, it’s leaving them with the door unlocked and ajar in a foreign country. Anyone passing could nudge the door open to look in. That is just incomprehensible to me.
@@michmonty95I don't think the door was left ajar, that is what they want you to think, that there was an abduction, when there wasn't.
Looking at other heartbroken mothers comments I was lucky to have my son for 18 years - way more than other mothers had their children for
They left 3 children alone, all the help was available, they refused it.
Smell something off from that in itself- the nanny would be able to tell that there wasn’t 3 children there!
IMO - Why would someone do that to start with? It makes absolutely no sense to do so. What if a child were to start chocking, vomiting, climbed out of a crib, etc?
Exactly. The resort had babysitters available but they all said no. Easier to drug their kids and drink till 3 am. EVIL.
@@firefly88887 IMO - I had not thought about it from that angle. That makes so much sense.
Exactly why not get a good baby sitter ? or just take the kids with you just have drinks in apartment with your friends no need to have dinner down the road I reckon she died before they booked the table they needed a alibi
It is unbelievably obvious that these two parents had something to do with this and it still amazes me to this day why they have never been convicted of anything, having the two best cadavar dogs in the world both hit in the living room the bed room and the car is the biggest thing for me
They will never be convicted as they are part of a big sick paedo club
Were they the best dogs in the world? Haven’t heard that.
@@AskAlex1999They were dogs used by the FBI in court cases in America.

One thing has always bothered me after all these years. I have mentioned it before ( not on here ) but my comment always went missing.
On Sky news on the 4th May a reporter Dan Mason was in Luz and called in to report on Madeleine missing.
When he said the time of her going missing it is "bleeped" out.
Apologies i am an oldie and cannot give a link but it is here on you tube.
" Madeleine Mccann original breaking news "
I dont think it was 3rd May either Bernt, but why would they bleep out the time ?
Anyway thank you for your hard work Sir.
🙏🏼⚘
Thanks, Sunshine 🌻❤️
I'm gonna try and find the clip. I just don't remember there was a reporter on site reportung back to the studio on that first mention by that short haired blond lady in the news studio on morning 4th.
You're sharp as a razor, Madam. I found it. You're correct. On the third clip Dan Mason on site is on the phone from Luz, and the time is bleeped, you're correct.
I'll send the link on the next, in case it won't let me.

Thank you again .
Yes this news clip has always stuck in my mind, in the big scale of your excellent work this is just something small but i see no reason for them to "bleep" the time out.
I obviously dont remember watching it live but at some point they didn't want the time mentioned.
Thank you again for your hard work .❤🙏🏼🌻
