I want her to do well but not get saved. This doesn't have to be Sarada's and hidari only fight. Usually shonen characters grow stronger as the series progresses. So this can be a brief skirmish of their real 1v1 fight later on

I feel like code invasion was necessary for this current fight. The reason I say that is because Sarada herself got caught off guard by a claw grime & seen code appear out of one so she should have a good idea on counter the ability by predicting her enemy will at her on her blind side and the sharingan jus help boost this her skill is very underrated

I understand the sarada scaling, but I feel like sarada has been pretty irrelevant at least in the manga in pt 1. She hasn't really been able to keep up with boruto or kawaki so even though she is pretty strong it doesnt feel that way with all the busted characters. maybe thatll change in pt 2

While I do think Sarada dodging Hidari is impressive, I think we need to see more of the chapter because if she knows there is a Claw Mark already behind her before Hidari disappeared into the Claw Mark in front of her, she would be prepared for the dodge. Still, I hope the battle gives her some shine even if she doesn't win.

Regardless of power scaling argument, I'm just glad that they finally give Sarada her time to shine on her own without having Boruto interrupting (as much as I love seeing these two together). Hopefully her fight vs Hidari stays uninterrupted so we can see her going all out (for the record, i don't think she'll win, but I'll be happy if she can put in a good shift in and land some damages) and activates Mangekyou at will for the first time ever, that would set the fandom alive (more than it already is lol)

The next chapter has the perfect opportunity to show us Sarada’s MS abilities and if she’ll actually go blind especially since she didn’t awakened her MS out of hatred or despair or any negative emotions.
Itachi got his ms trought feeling unpowerful and lost but sarada got it trought an deep envy to protect her loved ones. Imagine she has a stronger of kamui and soul/fate manipulation with the spritual weapons of itachi
“An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind” is a saying that makes me think of the curse of hatred uchihas. The more you give into your hatred and the more you focus on getting revenge on those who wronged you the less clearly you see everything. Obito and 4th war sasuke are great examples of this with how borderline delusional they were. But yeah in getting revenge you use your ms abilities often and go blind. As long as sarada continues to focus on love and living in the light her eyes might even evolve further who knows. She’s the first after the curse was broken after all.
Her seal (if she gets one) should heal any damage done to her MS (if that even happens in the first place) just like obito’s zetsu flesh healed his kamui eye.

I’ve always been of the opinion that saradas main attribute she had in common with Naruto is her work ethic. The difference being sarada is an absolute prodigy that has unfortunately been overshadowed by demigods in Boruto and Kawaki. Naruto got where he was by work ethic and she will surpass him with that same drive. The will of fire. 🔥

There's a few things more to consider about power scaling. First off, normally, no matter who's fighting, you start off with very little strength to gauge your opponents as well as not giving away your full power or Trump cards. You can't scale anything from the beginning of a fight, let alone a spoiler picture. Another thing to remember is that she has been training intensively since boruto left. In the event, she wanted to not only still be useful but also so she could keep up with him if he were in danger. I would imagine she's very powerful and may even have surpassed her father.

I like the connection with Sasuke and Hidari both trying to kill someone they love with a strike from behind (Sasuke to Sakura after Danzo was killed and now Hidari to Sarada).
Don’t know if it’s purposely mimicking that moment and showing Sarada as more emotionally controlled than Sakura at that time period or if it’s a coincidence since of course Hidari would have to move a little like Sasuke and that’s just a good tactic and nothing more

Chapter 9 nine tails. Chapter 10: Ten tails.
I think we are getting some background on the dangers of the ten tails and how they got selfawareness. Kurama can maybe give background on that from his time with hagoromo.
Boruto could tell them about what happened between sasuke being captured and him returning. And he tells them how Code is responsible. But hes also the solution.
In the meantime code has problems with the other grimes of his army and tries to escape them. He remembers borutos offer to help him and goes there to participate only to save his own ass.
Would be fair if he got a redemption, since kawaki and boruto are the reasons he lost wgat he wanted

I pointed out the importance of Deepa for Sarada in terms of scaling purposes from the importance of cracking his carbon armor to how fighting Deepa put her over Omoi who stalemated Ameiyuri Ringo of the seven ninja swordsmen of the mist.
