I also read the Times article where you indicated that you've thought about leaving politics. I hope you do not do this. As a professor at a WNY SUNY campus, I have witnessed firsthand the hope that you bring to science and the next generation who will be responsible for our world. The Democratic party used to be the party that working families could count on. Today it feels like they've thrown in the towel. However, good people like you and a few others (i.e. Bernie and the squad) and leading the party back in the right direction. Leading is not always easy, but it is the right thing to do. Please do not let the naysayers discourage you from doing what is right. You are admired and appreciated by many people, who are silently watching and counting on you.

And those who hold political positions for malevolent reasons only make up a small minority of the population.

As long as will be a discussion about color of humans there will be racism. If you want a better world, the end of racism, the end of discrimination the whole word must unite around a very simple thing: WE ARE ALL THE SAME. There is no white, black, yellow, brown or any other color, there are only humans. Treat everyone around you the way you want to be treated. STOP focusing on color, STOP focusing on gender. In order to make this world a better place we need to develop two directions: health care and education. This are the fundamental parts of evolution, the requirements for the next evolutionary step. WE ARE ALL THE SAME and we need to be in the best possible health and as educated as human can be.

I said "Get Universal Health Care" and under UHC you American citizens making less than 400K USD ( includes immigrants and low wage workers ) wouldn't have to pay a hefty sum like 1000 USD for a specific drug alone.
