FBI Photos, Video & Press Conference of Boston Bombings; Watch for Yellow Balloons!

In the original press conference and FBI video you can see the women with the Yellow Balloons! Both Brothers are said to have been communicating with each other or other support people! Who is this person with the Yellow Balloons, if she isn't with these guys she should have come forward and said that was me and I'm not connected with these guys, so we can rule her out... There is female DNA on the bombs or bomb making material that didn't come from Speed Bumps wife, it had to come from someone helping them... Does Flash Bang the Joker, have a girlfriend that was helping, or did Speed Bump have another women on the side too? Wouldn't put it by him, I mean he beat his girlfriends and sisters~These two are both very evil.
