Not gonna lie...I was half expecting 9S to die. They threw a change of events when Eve was the one to die first and I thought that was the case to alter the events.
I played the game and almost all Endings. I know what and why things happen. I watched the first two episodes and the anime sticks to the game. I will continue watching, but i am happy i played the game, because it has more intensity then the anime since the player experienced the events. It like listening to someone retelling a story that you know and love.
Because they wanted to troll people watching the trailers for the game into thinking that A2 was actually a broken 2B. I'm still mad about it after all these years.
I think its a cultural thing. In a lot of animes characters cut their hair to signify conviction or a new change in their life or a promise or that they are a new person. In this case was conviction for 2B's promise.
