Violence was unleashed after 2021 Assembly elections in some places of West Bengal. Assault on women in Santeshkhali n West Bengal were reported. Now, a woman belonging to minority community was brutally beaten in public. Either state government should take action to maintain law and order or Center should initiate stringent action against state government concerned to ensure that safety of common public are protected.
