That was awesome Brad. I can't imagine how you could be overwhelmed. Lol so much eye candy. Nice 69 Roadrunner you scored. I think my favorite part of the video, was seeing all the old photos and videos of the cool cars he used to race back in the day. Thanks for sharing.
Quick story about Ed. Ive known him for a long time and my buddy used to work for him a long time ago. Anyway, I know where he lives and go by his road on the regular. I was building a 71 Dodge Challenger about 20 years ago and needed a very rare mopar part. Its the shaft extension that goes on the steering shaft when you when go from power steering to a manual box. Well, Ed had one and it was in the original Mopar bag with the part number still intact. Ed knew right where it was. Its still in the car to this day. Ed was a treasure trove of parts but it was hard to get him to come off of anything and when he did he wanted an arm and a leg...!!!
Right on Rocket, thank you for the awesome story! It was an honor for us to meet him, listen to a few great stories and look at his sweet collection! We are truly blessed to have been invited….I will always remember his place…

They never learn the concept of "you can't take it with you " then after they die their families who aren't into the hobby most times just back a dumpster up to the yard or garage and just throw all of "dad's junk" away! I Dropped abunch engines for him and tranny's out them cars. He show me how build my first transmission together. I didn't know nothing about transmission but Now I got rebuilt one in my scamp and charger. I learned alot. But I always had my way to get the Mopar at pick n pull faster then anyone Bec use to work there. I found a 440 in a wreck station wagon at Pick-n-Pull. I went out there excited and pulled it out for him and locked it up so no one could get it with a chain. It came out there to buy it he was excited and rebuilt it and put it in his son's car.
