how does this guy only have 92k subs. Unreal what people are missing, this is quality content
That means a lot, thank you!
Wow that looks so good being Hispanic you hit it on the nose with that carne asada. I just love it and just tacos..good job👍
That's what I've been saying for awhile
I second this sentiment, I would watch him on the cooking channel haha. It's one of the best things about the times we live in now, we get creators like this who share with us from across the country and the world, impossible even only 35 years ago when I was born haha.
Thank you!
Waiting on the Habanero Pico video 😁🤣
In the meantime, I've got this Pico de Gallo recipe www.chilipeppermadness.com/chili-pepper-recipes/salsas/pico-de-gallo/ where you could swap jalapeños with habaneros. ;)
I love that you love your recipes and your hot sauce. Keep up the great work. God bless you.
Thank you! You too!
Looks delicious 😋
Thank you 😋
Marinade sounds great. I usually leave these in the fridge overnight. I agree with the others , how about that Pico deGallo recipe.
I need to get on this one.
It's been marinating all day. Going on the sear box tomorrow for dinner, can't wait!!
Let me know how it goes. Enjoy!
This looks delicious! I love carne asada from the market. I have yet to make my own! Thanks for sharing 🎉
My pleasure 😊
$10.19 a pound for flank steak at Costco in Hawaii, I bought 5.46 pds. $46.57, I'm doing 1/2 pd. vacuumed sealed bags, should be 11 of them, it's only me and my wife, 1/2 pd. is plenty for tacos or taquitos, which is my favorite, looking forward to trying out your marinade 🤙
4.57* pds, I weighed it on my scale and read 4.0 pd. I checked the calibration of scale too, finger pushing going on over there.🤔
0:49 The packaging plastic stuff can't weight .57 pds.😮
Delicious
Thank you!
This looks amazing, we just need a bit of sunshine in the UK so I can get the grill out😊. I’ve been making your recipes for years and never been disappointed, thank you.
I am really happy to hear that. Thank you!
Looks amazing! About to do a big beef order from a local farm…definitely going to try this with grilling season getting under way here in PA! Thanks!!
You are welcome - enjoy!
Looks beautiful man
Thanks, man!
Everything on this channel looks delicious! Even the stuff I would never eat looks tempting lol, for instance I just can't eat eggs but even his recipes with them look great.
I bet he is very happy to hear this. =) Thanks a bunch!
Hey Mike, how about chicken entomatadas - the tomato sauce with peppers is awesome.
I like it!! Nice. I actually have that on my list to make for the site.
YUP, this is a keeper like everything of yours I've fixed. Only up here in Alaska, flank steak is $12/lb so it won't be prepared often lol...
Thank you. It could be a very special meal then!
10.19 @ Hawaii Costco a pound, still expensive.
I would absolutely love a habanero pico recipe. Sounds amazing! I am also wondering if there is any way to make use of the leftover marinade? Seems a shame to waste all that flavor. Could I use the excess for a slowcooker pork butt or brisket?
I've got a recipe that's very similar to a habanero pico, it's Yucatan Habanero Salsa, or "Xni-Pec," and you can check it out on the website! www.chilipeppermadness.com/chili-pepper-recipes/salsas/xni-pec-habanero-salsa/
Using the leftover marinade in a slow cooker sounds interesting, give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
@@ChiliPepperMadness Will do, thanks!

Thank you and welcome to CPM world! =)
Where did you get that cutting board?
Not sure on that one!
Can you freeze the marinade?
Yup. You can freeze it in freezer containers or vacuum sealed bags for 3 months or longer.
The combination of chilies and citrus does wonders in a marinade. Perfect example Mike!
Spot on. Thanks!
we needed you to filet, pound & flank the steak prior to anything else bro! next time that as well as RUB instead.
-por favor mi amor xo
Can't wait for you to do it!
Always trust a man that uses bag method. Looks dank
Haha, thanks!
First
Overkill… all you need is lime, salt and pepper (or a steak seasoning that’s salty)
Nah.

Go away
Says Salty, but adds salt to theirs, did not make sense to me.🤔
