If it were me I think I would of just switched the whole harness and not worry about splicing wires back together but all that matter is you fix the problem love the videos man can't wait for the next one
Careful with over filling this bikes oil… the oil level is supposed to be checked when the bike is at operating temp 165 degrees+… the oil level is higher when the bike is hot vs when its cold. So you overfilled it.
Well considering how it's aluminum and all the welds have no cracks in them. I'd say the frame is holding up alright since it was a roll and not an impact
All those loose straps dangling in the wind at 20:54 are making me seriously nervous. You don't want one of those getting tangled up in the rear wheel! Hope you get the Aprilia sorted mate! Cheers from Sweden.

I would recomend going to aprilia Dealer to run the PAD (Aprilia Scaner only Dealers have it) and clear all the codes and then see what it does and codes that remain... some codes just limp the bike untill you cleare them...

You should get the graves block off kits and delete the smog. Gets rid of a lot of tubing too. The flash tunes you’re installing on the bikes have been made on bikes that have deleted smog systems. I can almost guarantee it. The smog stuff pumps air and throws off the air/fuel ratios so they get deleted then tuned. Tons of videos out on how to remove the smog and charcoal canisters. Also try using a mini brush attachment hooked up to a vacuum to get out all the left over gasket that you brushed and scraped off. Works great.
You could have bought them same water proof connectors off amazon for 20 dollars for a 10 pack. I just switch all my connections on my 05 gsxr 600. The last owner had the wiring destroyed from adding led lights. It was horrible but now it better than oem..

Hey eric! im not sure if youre specifically referring to this Aprilia but there is a lot of flex on the gas fuel line to be able to connect the 2 without it being damaged!
I didn't understand the flex with the Ferrari and the awful BMW. I didn't click on a Ferrari video..... Aren't the keys matched to the immobiliser and ECU? So it's probably the immobiliser
@@CJMediaOfficial remember you have a tilt switch also it is located I think under seat. If it is not in upright position it won't start also. If fuel pump is priming it's not the issue. Clutch sensor and side stand sensor or selonoid.

This will be a start, after such damage in can be anything Immo system has more related thins On this bike Its key Key antena Ecu Cluster Untill u not get rit of alarm error forget about starting. Such wiring damage could short and damage something inside modules. European bikes hard to work, its not japan , no immo on those.

I would have just swapped out the wiring harness. This seems like a ton of work.
It may not be the case, but the "spare" harness appears to be in much better shape.
you're right Michael, but the used harness is from a 21 1100 factory and has different color wires and different connectors.
Fix the kickstand censor, the ECU kickstand fault won't allow it to start since it doesn't fully detect kickstand down/neutral.

That rear swing arm is more than scrap. Left side is all punched in. Just gambling with your safety.

It is the tip over sensor. Fuel pump would prime for like 2-3 secs.

Check you have got the tip over switch plugged in that will be why the stand light is flashing and it wont start up

Make sure the battery is OK, i had a bike all primed and worked, turned over but no spark due to low battery voltage

I would try a new gyro sensor..and then crank it again.. dont think it will prime and activate fuel pump with it disconnected

I ended up not removing the head, wasn't needed aparently from the people I talked with about what I should do
