Hi Emily ! I can't separate our first President George Washington from crossing the icy waters of the Delaware River during the Revolutionary War. It sure is a mighty large and wide River. I would hope the upper stretches still contain wild native Brook Trout populations ? I know land use changes, habitat loss, global warming, and sedimentation runoff has negative impacts on the Delaware River, as do most of our rivers across our nation. Thanks for showing us all the Delaware River, it is beautiful ! I liked your paintings too ! Shout out for the band Husker Du out of St. Paul, MN 1979-87. It is getting down to 4 degrees in WI. Have a great week !
Very early this morning I saw that you had posted and I made a mental note to watch your “car rant” later in the day when I was in need of good, wholesome, interesting, calming, inspiring content on RUclips. It turned out not to be a rant at all, but a well thought out, insightful, oratory work that will inspire a lot of thought in my mind throughout the day. I also have a habit of overthinking and fidgeting… my wife knows how to push my buttons, can read my body language, tells me not to fidget, stretch, or hit my head with my hands…it is so nice to just take a walk out in nature away from all my cares and concerns. Fun fact: We have a lot of nice cemeteries in Erie County, PA that are destinations for wedding photos, walking, and even feeding bread crumbs to the huge goldfish in a pond. Our family has had many enjoyable days in cemeteries. I appreciate you and your channel.
Good evening Emily. Without you I would never have seen the Delaware River, icy or otherwise. So thanks. I figured with those artistic eyes you put to use for your videos you must have a,painting somewhere and voila!, one magically appeared. A good one if I do say so. I can't say that I piddle with anything in particular but I am a little anxiety prone myself and cant keep up with my thoughts at times. And lastly, I love listening to your "garbage". You're rather unique in your own special way and thats cool. Meant to check out your song shout out before I replied but I got ahead of myself. Will check it out shortly. Ok, Im gonna shut up now. Have yourself a wonderful evening/weekend!
Hi Em’! No worries about the gum. And some of the charm of your videos is that they aren’t perfectly produced big productions. It’s real deal stuff, and I see that as a good thing. Never knew the Delaware was tidal that far above Philly! The Susquehanna is freezing over in parts now. I get the fidgets too sometimes, just part of anxiety I think. A lil sleep thing for me…is Bob Ross marathon videos on RUclips while I’m in bed (kinda quietly on my iPad)…the original AMSRtist. Thanks for the video! Hope ya get a little snow tomorrow, have fun.
Beautiful painting! Up here in the NE corner (the Delaware River is only about a half hour away) a small lake near us has been frozen solid enough for the local kids to go ice skating on it for most of the last two weeks. Might be able to drive across it by the end of next week! *brrr* Back in the '70s and '80s some of us used to carry a 'worry stone' in our pocket. They were small and flat and usually had a smooth, comfortable, indented place on them to rub with your thumb. If there had been fidget toys, we would have used them (and probably had them taken away if caught)!
I drove along the east coast dozens of times .I visited parks , beaches and our other home in another state during the pandemic and never was bothered by anyone .
@@PACreekWalker I'm a flyfisherman. The nymphs live in the water and crawl out to the bank on a sunny winter day to hatch into the fly that you saw crawling on the snow.
I seen the Delaware River like that years ago pretty awesome. I was at Washington's crossing once. You are all over with your conversations and I like that I'm the same way if I don't say something when I'm thinking of it leaves me. Thanks for the video
Cool video, our snow is melting some now we only got about five or six inches,it's been on the ground for a week, beautiful river and awsome bridge, hope your son like his snowshoes and has fun with them
There will probably be a lot more ice by the end of the week. The Susquehanna is getting some ice now, kind of hoping it will jam up a little bit. When it does that and rises, it often scrapes up the sides of the banks and pulls out artifacts and old bottles and stuff. Makes for an interesting spring. Keep up the good work..👍
brother, that is an awesome idea! Emily, you decide how you want to go about it. RUclips Merch? You know we'd all love to support our favorite youtuber ❤
Well Hello there Beautiful young lady I hope you’re having a wonderful day today and I love your impression of your Beautiful face in the Snow I also love the Old Iron Bridge is awesome and I love your hat with the Smiley face 😊 on it and you were saying I hope me chewing gum isn’t bothering anyone I was chewing gum at the same time when you mentioned that 😂
I got to your video only a few minutes after you posted and as I was watching I just watched your watch count go up and up and up and up... Crazy you have a crazy awesome following. ❤ Love the painting and love the bug in the snow!!! Like why is there even a bug outside 😂
Nice ice, too bad it melted I bet it is cool to see it smashing around. Weird, I almost filmed a cemetery this evening, maybe I will some time. The setting is just neat. Great painting too, Idaho has more than potatoes huh? You might need a frame for that, it would show well. Rant videos are good mental therapy
Your painting was really great. Paint more. I really enjoy your videos. You're honest , real and interesting. The sky does a similar reverse process to the rescinding landscape.
I have a question about Washington crossing the Delaware on that cold windy and rainy night in December...why the heck was he standing up in the boat??..lucky he dint fall in the river right?
Things appear more blue at a distance because within the visible light spectrum the blue light band has a shorter wavelength, carries more energy and has a strong scattering effect, which is also why the sky is blue and the ocean is blue. Also, what's the bug doing on the snow? He's just chillin of course ❄️.....get it, because it's snow. 😂😂😂 ...and I'm pretty zen. I can sit motionless and silent almost indefinitely. 🧘
hey you, if your forecast is anything like mine you'll be able to cross the frozen Delaware come Wednesday 😊 Chew as much gum as you like, it's kinda cute. Stay safe Miss D!
music oh noyour not talkin bout ronny radke lol i dont dothat stuff lol but if into music i recommend exodus song toxic waltz=listen loud and there is video several i think!stay gold\m/

Sitting still is not a skill I have... I have these stress balls that look like Earth, Mars, and the Moon that I always fidget with at my desk. 😂
I liked your watercolor. You might want to stay inside this week according to the weather man.
I would love to have an original Emily painting.
