As also I have grown older, now 77, music has helped me to understand the flow of time, and the way we handle this fact, that time passes. Listening to classical music has helped me a lot, and for example Menahem Pressler, at this 2018 at the age age of 95. May he Rest in Peace! His consert starts at 27:42
