As someone who has occasionally knelt in situations where literally no one else was, the part about our posture communicating and fostering our unity really struck me. But then maybe I was making it easier for someone else to kneel who wanted to. Thank you, Bishop Boyea and staff, for this edifying video.
If you truly believe you are receiving Jesus Christ EVERYONE of us should be kneeling & receiving on the tongue. When we die & meet Jesus are we going to shake His hand, I know I will be dropping to my knees & asking for His forgiveness. My granddaughter just received her 1st Holy communion. She was kneeling & received on her tongue. I have noticed her parish has the kneelers up at the alter. I love the fact they are up there, I kneel receiving Jesus & I receive Him on my tongue. I only receive from a priest, I will not receive the Eucharist from a lay person. I am noticing more people are receiving on their tongues & kneeling.
Neither can I, i believe receiving on the tongue is how the Lord told me - in humility and respect as when I was a child. When did in the hand become the norm? When Bishop Camaro who was a Freemason decided? This should be thoroughly and thoughtfully determined.
Bring back the communion rail! Many of the Episcopal and Lutheran churches still have the communion rail and their parishioners receive kneeling at the rail!
So it’s OK for us to genuflect before we receive communion? And I am a Eucharistic minister is it OK for a female to be a Eucharistic minister? We have several.
Thank You Bishop Boyea. We love and appreciate your guidance ❤

On the hand makes it easier for fragments of Our Lord Jesus to be dropped and for malcontents to take Him out for their own purposes.
Thank you! ❤
I know it’s approved Bishop but I can’t receive in the hand.
