I found Ascension Presents and Father Mike, quite by accident and that led me to the Sisters of Life. I am blessed to have stumbled upon your videos in my later life which have helped turn me away from my agnosticism and back to Christ. Your videos harken me back to my catholic grade school days and the Sisters who instructed me. The Sisters of Life have brought me a renewed sense of calm purpose to faith and help me in restoring my relationship with God. I will be eternally grateful. Thank you Sisters!

I'm tempted to say as follows. As follows. The more I illuminate myself about monasticism, the more I get what it means, the more it attracts me. Obviously. That's St. John Chrysostomus manner of speech, and think about it well before you deploy it, plus my feeling is that only men speak like that. :))

John 19:26 is the verse that helped me to understand Mary's role for us.

@@arkadiuszdec2493 You will never find anything in the bible to suggest that the BVM be "adored". I know we use adoration loosely in our day-to-day lives, but technically adoration is for God alone. There is a distinction between dulia (veneration and honor), and latria (adoration).
Regarding her intercession, in the New Testament, you could argue that the intercession of Mary at the wedding at Cana, was what prompted Jesus to perform his first sign. (John 2:3)
You could say that in the Hail Mary prayer, we take part in the fulfillment of Luke 1:48. She says "all generations will call me blessed"
In the Old Testament, you could use Pslam 45 as well. Christ is the king and Mary is his queen mother (Gebirah) who is being asked by the Psalmist to incline her ear to her children (verses 10-12).
There's a problem with that. Multiculturalism prevents us from this type of action. Invest in weekend schools. What do you need?
