Hey man this came across my feed at the perfect moment in life and my girlfriend and I ask the exact same question on days that we have off from work. We have really big dreams we have set and it constantly stresses us out. I’ve had looking at the bigger picture to manage because you had a really good point in that just having it flip on like a switch is unreasonable but rather even having the thought at all is that self projection of what you are already doing.
