I find Swedish lyrics even more sad than English. Because it speaks from the soldier's perspective, saying how the world he knew suddenly vanished in flames, how there is no glory in war he is forced in, and basically how insignificant he is and asking the listener about who is gonna cry for him and miss him.

retro game pov: you get to your village after it got burned down and only some thing are still standing, the cemetery and some houses, you rush to find your home and find your house burned down with your dog still inside

Two ways to view the world
    So similar at times
Two ways to rule the world
    To justify their crimes

This is one of my favorites between all my favorites Sabaton songs ever! It's full of feelings about desperation of war, even criticizes stupid reasons to make war like religion and greed... I call this song "The Anthem", because I feel it very deep in my heart every time I listen it. 🤘🏼

The only bad thing about these songs is that there isn't an 8-bit game to play with this sound track...

nice like how you put both English and Sweden on it. i like the swedish version also another reason i know it talks about the thirty years war. But every war and it does not matter who they are or where they come from . IT DESTROYS A MAN , because they are NEVER THE SAME AGAIN . 👍✌
