Very happy to find out personally that the windows were not as small as they look

i liked that you showed the train car ahead of you when it turns on tracks. showing the signs of each station was a good idea as well. well done 👍🏻

I'm glad they got the original announcements back. But I had hoped the new trains would be able to tell you which side of Alewife you were coming in on.

The Red Line subwaysubway train that I rode 45 years ago was the last PCC type subway train built in America. Chicago also had PCC type subway and L trains. The one in Boston was the noisiest subway train I ever rode and it still had Bullseye lights on the interior and also outside hung sliding doors whereas in Chicago had blinker doors on both its subway and L trains. But I got to admit it was a fun ride!

It has no steam nor diesel locomotives but it runs on L type uncovered 3rd rail like those in Chicago. 😊

Compared to pre-Covid ridership, the train is running empty. If this doesn’t change how can the MBTA avoid major budget shortfalls.

The door sounds are so obnoxious. It just needs to be a simple chime like the mta tor ttc

They use a lot of similar chimes in Asia and Europe, so nothing really out of the ordinary. But it's still kinda giving McDonalds sound vibes lmao.

Doesnt It make you wonder if the new green line trains were ment to be those Siemens trains from muni instead of CAF?

Probably the same thing that happened with the orange line trains. They probably will run for a little while and then be out of service for God knows how long

@@TommyTom21 Hi. yes I know that I take the orange line everyday to & from work .ment how long will they run then breakdown be out of service. Before they are back in service
Pretty sure you know how bad the orange line is. If it's not a train breakdown.its a signal problem.if it's not that it's a problem with the train like a problem with the doors sometimes it the train ahead of your train.that has a problem 😀

It looks like a train made from Lego. What's with the banging noise they make? Sounds like loose panels shaking.

    • @TommyTom21

It's obviously not loose panels, the rails are old
