Yes! it takes 70 minutes to cook through then give it an extra 15 min to get nice golden edges

Got burnt. The cooking temps and time combo suggested burnt my potatoes.. and not just a little bit. This was wayyyyy too much.
How did you manage that lmao. Did you put them on at 400c ?? 😂
Yeah you can’t really walk away from them. After 20 mins you start taking them out and basting and checking them every 5-8 mins.

They are best made with smaller potatoes. I love these and have been making g them for years.
