I lightly learned the right hand at 10 years old, at 11 had to perform for a concert so leaned both hands, still a bit rusty. At 12, learned how amazing this song is, practiced it more. At 13, decided I would bring this song with me to high school, and played it for my entrance test and group performance (which I added a bit of improvisation). It is like my soul piece, I will play it forever.
I started to learn piano yesterday with a lot of motivation at the age of 17... This is my dream song to ever learn

@@whitenacho7868 Oh yay, sounds great! It's pretty easy once you get the basics, the left hand basically repeats, and the right hand is pretty simple to get to play after you like get to know it. Best of luck! its worth it

i wanted to master this 2 years ago... but i never finished the first page b/c it was challenging so i stopped for awhile....but this year i mastered all the pages by practicing everyday and never give up! don't give up! :D it's a beautiful piece! You'll feel proud after you accomplish it!
the highest speed i can play is 1.25

not everyone think so... it may be easy for you but not for others
Yeah its easy i learned it after only 7 months of learning piano. It has a natural flow to it and like you said its repetitive.

at first I thought I'll never finished but really you just need to practice the first few parts and repeat them by just changing few chords but not much.

The intro is a bit fast but the rest is too slow ;)

요즘 13살에 그만둔 피아노를 교회에서 다시 연습하다보니 그 말뜻을 이해하겠더라구요..피아노를 연주라고 하기에는 미숙하지만 피아노 연습을 하다보면 마치 피아노와 제가 한몸처럼 느껴질때가 있거든요..그런 감동의 시간속에서 '평등' 이라는 의미를 깨닫게 되었습니다.
