This video shows how I make my poured jewelry. I had to start pouring just to make the jewelry as it has become very popular in my area.
I will show you how I make my canvas cuff bracelets and pendants and earrings from a skin on photo paper and a pour on canvas.

I love using those puppy pads for my base of my work they are so easy for cleanup
Me too! I use them for everything. If you flip them over you can use them with resin and the dried resin will peel off.
thank you this was very interesting
Thanks
Thank you so much I am a beginner and I truly enjoyed your tutorial. I will be checking in on a regular basis. I love the jewelry and I’ve learned so much. See you soon.
Thanks Alice!
Nice tutorial
Thank you for making this video. I just started pour painting and while I don't love them all there are definitely some parts I can use to make jewelry. I was only using skins but knowing I can use canvas is awesome. Glad I didn't throw out my paintings I didn't love.
Yes! They work really well!
Thank you for sharing I like the choice of music .
Thanks
Beautiful work! I shared this video with my Daughter as she also does paint pours.

What are the transparent circles?
Where to get these transparent circle from?
❤
Awesome video, what a great idea to use the canvases!! I use dollar store canvas all the time because I just upload my art onto wearable art or even larger canvas, it has saved me so much money. I love the cuffs, can wait to try!! Thanks for sharing :-)
Thanks! Yes it’s great and easier to make a collection of jewelry that all work well together.
Good day, great idea to upload your art onto stuff or make large prints. Do you have a preferred program with solid results? Do you get much for sales on those items. I'm old school and need to get into what happenin...😋 do you sell e-commerce or your own web page? Thanks kindly, have a blessed day.
Tried it for the first time today :)
Good! I hope you enjoyed it and made some beautiful jewelry!!
Thanks!❤
👍
The fluid art is beautiful when done as paintings to hang on walls. It's still art when done as miniature paintings to wear. I love wearable art because it can be shared more with others.
Absolutely it’s a little piece of original art to wear and the best part it’s affordable for everyone!
@@TSRCreations Amen!
I so agree with you, on this. Well said. Going to keep this in mind. God bless you!
I've always wanted to try pour painting but the waste really bothers me. Good for you for using it. What a beautiful idea. Thanks for sharing your process!❤😊
Yes you do waste alot but at least this way some gets repurposed! Thanks
Lovely,if pairings varnuahed can u still use it and place the liquid u used to attatch to cabochons?
I literally just discovered you. I Love YOU!!!!!
Thanks!! So glad you are here.
Just wonderful video! You might try using a smaller manicure scissors, or such, to trim. The thinness of the blade would allow you to trim closer to the project, I think.
Yes that is a great idea! Thanks
And the bracelets and the Rings
I get most from Amazon or ALi express. the large cuff bracelets I get fro www.ringsandthings.com I should have links to many of the items in my description box. Thanks
I love this idea your canvas and your painting aren't going to waste
Tina you have done some beautiful works of art! I love watching your videos and especially the jewelry and painting. Just beautiful. Did you make your bangle bracelet? I love it and would love to know where you got it, its beautiful!
I get those from ringsandthings.com. They are out of stock often but just ordered a bunch a couple weeks ago!
I truly appreciate a video which has clear detail and tips while showing their work. It's very helpful for newbie like me. Do you prefer selling e-commerce or your own website or markets? I'm new to this type of creative venture, but I've been painting a few years. Thanks for sharing your crafty skills.
Thanks Faith!
So I sell my art and jewelry at a couple local art galleries/stores. I also rent space in a gallery of shops that does really well for me. I will do shows occasionally and when I do they are always good. I am on Etsy but really considering closing it as it is very difficult, there is just too much competition.
I hope this helps. I would say start out by doing a local show! That’s what I did. Also Instagram is a good platform to show and try to sell your work.
@@TSRCreations that is awesome, what a feeling to do stuff you love and make a living at it. I am a late bloomer in following my artistic dreams...but its never too late. Thank you for getting back to me, you have inspired me. Have a blessed day.
Gorgeous! Every video of your I'm always admiring your bracelets...they look like abalone. What a fabulous idea to use some paintings that you aren't in love with as a whole. I wish shipping wasn't so costly because I could send you some canvas skins you might like. I would love to do jewelry but I really don't have a good place to sell them. I'm glad the jewelry sells for you because you make some beautiful pieces. I love the one you wear and the cuffs. Very chic! On measuring...I usually eye ball it😮 and then cut and finagle till I get it...why save time right?😁 Great video Tina...lots of great info😊💙💚💙💚💙
Thanks Tera! Its fun to wear and the price point for people is great to give as gifts.
I will pay the shipping
Thank you Tina! I went to the link and it kept taking me to Temu but I could not find the bangles you had on or anything like that. Yours are so beautiful!
Here is the updated link rings-things.com/
When you get on the site just search wide cuff bracelet blanks. They do have the 1” in stock now.
Colors did you use for the tiger eye skin, I really love this skin.
Awesome video, Tina!! Thank you! Is there any reason the Dollar store canvases wouldn’t work? But as inexpensive the level 1’s are from Michael’s are…..
Beautiful stuff!!
No they should work just fine Kathy!
Great tutorial! I haven't seen this technique using canvases, it's a great idea! I'm so inspired by your work! What did you do with the frame after you cut the canvas out? I thought with the beautiful pattern all the way around that it might make a good frame for something.
Thanks. Sometimes I save the frames and re canvas them.
If you don’t mind-where do you get the jewelry pieces? Beautiful jewelry-thanks for the video!
Yes all the links are in my description! Thanks 😊
click show more and all the links are in her description
Hello
I watched your video and I’m looking for the wide bracelet you had on your video may I ask where you got them
I learned about paint pouring, but curious, why would the canvas stay better if I used a tacky spray on back of the canvas?
I love love love! I am trying to get learning and doing paint pours and was asking what people did with the left over paint. So glad I asked around. I love your very explanatory video. Going to look forward more. I can’t wait to do this. You did say you would give links to where you get your supplies. Not sure if you did as there are so many comments below. Would love to know. Also do you sell the necklaces too and are they stainless steel as well.
Found your links.
Good im glad you found the links!
These are so pretty! Thank you for the video. I have a question about pricing. As with any art, price can differ from area to area but, in general, how do you establish a price for your jewelry?
So in my area my jewelry sells from $10-40. Depending on the size. Example..The cuff in this video I sell for 25. The large pendant is 40.

Thank you so much for your reply. 💜
Unreal! Your work is great! Thanks for showing us the process...I have a question...What kind of scissors are you using?
Sewing scissors a good pair. Thanks so much!
My apologies for so many questions but do you find it best to buy the bezel tray and glass together or separately. It’s seems difficult to look for all the different size glasses.
Much easier if you can find them as a set. But its not always an option
When using the skin on photo paper would you put the paint on the glossy side? I like the photo paper idea to have a backing on the piece so I can bead around it
Sorry I missed this comment!
I use the glossy side!
When you use canvas for jewelry, do you put something on the painted canvas to keep the texture of the canvas from showing?
Sorry for the late response just saw this! No i dont. I like the canvas to show then they know its real! Sometimes they are sealed canvas.
Do you ever let Cricut do your cuts?
Beautiful jewelry May I ask where you purchased your cuffs thank you have a wonderful evening
Thanks. There is a link the description. Online at Rings and things. They have a couple different widths to Choose from. I use the 1.5 inch cuff.
Thank you so much ! I was having way to many issues to evenntype out here ! Your way I'm thinking will work best. Also what are you cleaning your brush with ? I don't know how to keep them supple . And brush condition cost way to much ! Right ? Ok thanks again for a great tutorial plus showing many different styles . Awesome
Hi sorry for late response
I clean my brushed with dawn dish soap and water.
Thanks
Thank you so much for sharing. I have done jewelry but never thought of using canvas. Amazing!! I do have a question… I am struggling with chains for the pendents. What do you suggest??
Thank you for this amazing video! 🌺🌺
Thanks! I buy My chains on amazon stainless steel 18”-24” or black cord necklaces. Here are a couple links. 30 Pack Necklace Chains 2mm Stainless Steel Link Cable Chain Necklace Bulk for DIY Jewelry Making Supplies (20 Inches) a.co/d/0fVF3rP

@@TSRCreations thank you!🌺
Loved the video Can you still use a canvas if you've already varnished it?
Hi Sandra. Thanks!
Yes i have.
Where do you find the stuff to make the jewelry those little glass beads and glue
Hi Tina
I love your work!!! I am going to create jewelry with this technique soon. I know you use acrylic paint, but is there a certain brand that's best for the jewelry?
Thanks so much! Any brand will work. I like using artist loft or liquidtex basics.
Your jewelry is very beautiful. Just curious why you don't use the diamond glaze on your cuffs? Is there a reason other than cost effective?
No real reason you could just use the diamond glaze on top. I just like the triple thick it is thicker and shinier, looks more like resin.
Thanks!!
The paints that I ordered to start doing canvas pours I think comes with silicone oil to make cells. Is it important to have cells. If so what or how do I wash the canvas like you said in the video. Can you do the canvas without the silicone oil and still have cells. Sorry for so many questions but I’m anxious to learn.
Yes you can get cells without using silicone oil..its not easy but can be done. Floetrol helps and using house paint as a base will also help with cells.
I have found that when having to remove a cabochon from a backing the easiest way to do it is to boil some water and then place the hole cabochon and tray in the water and that will loosen everything up let it set for about an hour after you've put the jewelry in the boiling water and it will come off easy with an exacto knife on the edge you might have to dip the cabochon but at least you can save both the bezel tray and the cabochon
I usually just soak them in warm soapy water as well
Thank you for sharing your technique! I have to ask, where did you get your storage containers? Specifically, the one with the multi colored inserts please!
I got that at Michael’s
How long does a skin have to sit before you can use it?
Is it easy to get close enough to the edge when cutting them out? If you happen to see a little paper edge, best way to remove it?
Yes I kind of go parallel with the scissors to get a clean cut as much as I can.
Perfect tutorial Thank You. Your pieces are gorgeous. Can I ask what chain you use for the pendants?
Thanks! I use stainless steel link chains that I buy on amazon. I get different lengths from 16” up to 24”.
@@TSRCreations thank you so much for responding ❤ and thank you for sharing your process!
I love the bangles that you’re wearing. Where do you find them?
I get them on AliExpress and i think Amazon may have them now as well.
So beautiful. What kind of paint did you use fir the canvas, and for the photo paper is alcohol ink? Thanks for sharing
Thanks I just Acrylic paints. I have used alcohol inks on photo paper for jewels as well.
Wonderful tutorial Tina! I have been looking on AliExpress for weeks trying to find those cuff bracelets with the raised sides... And then this video showed up in my feed..... Thank you so much💕 I do have a question... I ordered cuffs that are smooth without the raised edge... Will they still work do you think? Probably not😢
Do the these cuffs have end caps? If so then I think it would work. I would just worry that the canvas may peel up with out that protective lip.
