Julie Newmar was my favorite Catwoman. She also is a John Marshall High School alumni like me but different years. I was a Robin fan as well. Adam West did a guest appearance on Bewitched once too without the Batman costume of course. Thanks Jordan & Adam for your boyish charm enthusiasm. It’s always fun reminiscing with your vlogs. ❤️🙏🏻🦇🪺
This was great. I was 8 years old when Batman first aired. From then on I never missed an episode. Great memories, Thanks Jordan and Adam, you guys are the best.
I so wish that I could go and see this! Thanks so much for bringing back the very happy memories I have of this show! I felt like I was a 5 year old again experiencing the wonder and the excitement that this show brought to me!! Growing up, The Joker was my favorite villain. Now, I think Julie Newmar as Catwoman is. It must be the costume! I loved Malachi Throne's False Face character and I wish he was on the show more that just that one time. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy Awesomeness, Batman! 😂 Absolutely loved this!! I used to watch the reruns everyday at 5 pm. I would totally lose my mind when the intro showed Batgirl on her motorcycle because that meant she’d be in the episode. You were sooooo lucky to get to see this exhibit. 😱
I Was nine years old when this show first aired never missed an episode what a great vlog Jordan. What a neat surprise it’s the Woo. I love it when you guys are in each others of vlogs
Wow! I loved this show so much. I had many of the toys back then, the utility belt was my favorite. Pretty sure the motorcycle is a honda dream. My dad took me to see the movie at a local drive in theater. Great memories, thanks!
It is amazing how out of a few creative minds, a whole universe of Batman was created in 1966. I recall the excitement of the time when the program was being promoted as 2 episodes in one week, always at the same Bat Time on the same Bat Channel, one night apart. I worked a part time job in a grocery store and the assistant manager brought in a portable television on the Batman debut night and gathered us around to watch it. That is how impactful this program was and became at that time. I have the whole series on Blue Ray now and still thoroughly enjoy watching it. Such great snapshots of famous actors becoming villains, all done in good fun. Great job Jordan!
Thank you for the wonderful memories. It was my favorite show back in 1966. Was in love with Robin. Of course didn't get to meet him until the 1990s. I had so much batman stuff back then. All I have left is my Batman bank from 1966. The pink outfit was worn by singer Leslie Gore. She was big back then. My favorite episode. Awesome vlog. I was in a bad mood and this made my day. THANK YOU!!! peace to you
An interesting tidbit about Joker actor Ceasar Romero. He wore white face makeup, and the moustache actually is real. He refused to shave it off for the character. Personally, I think it added to his performance. Many people think it's a cheesy show, but I definitely enjoyed it and the many stars who performed on the series, as I enjoy your vlogs! You should check out Hollywood Graveyard channel in your spare time, Aurther Dark is excellent at coming up with little tidbits about the people he visits. Keep up the great work Jordan!
I liked Catwoman (Julie Newmar) Meow....from the 60’s tv show I like the way she portrayed her! Great Batman exhibit 🦇🐱 thanks, Jordan 🦁 see yea next time jah 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
So cool ! My son will have to watch this he loves batman ! Old and new ! Great vlog you’re getting better and better and that camera you use is brilliant ! So awesome you got to look at all the original exhibits loved the mannequins . Good job enjoy your weekend! 👍🏻🎬🎥😎🐶🦁💙👍🏻
Your vlogs are GOLDEN CANDY MAGIC! Pride of place in our entrance they're looking at you - Ken doll as "Batman" c.1966 and Barbie doll as "Catwoman" in Julie Newmar's outfit!. Unboxed and free range atop our sideboard, Batman and Catwoman are ready for action, looking great and groovy. We love Batman from the '60s in our home, don't get to watch the DVDs as often as I'd like but this vlog is great - thank you so much, Jordan the Lion - so many happy memories and good vibes to start my Saturday morning!
Jordans vlogs are so underrated just uplifting fantastic videos seriously Everytime I watch these videos it makes me a more happy human being. :) I solute you for a job well done Jordan fantastic videos.
Fun memories. Used to watch every day after school. Joker was my favorite. The display of kid stuff had a batman mug like the one I drank my orange juice from every morning.
At ny age, I still love Batman and watch it all the time. I grew up when it was on originally and remember how popular it was, I had a mad crush on Robin, but as I got older, realized Adam West was a fine looking man! Loved Julie Newmar and Mr. Freeze. Great vlog as usual. Nice to see Adam the Woo, You never disappoint.
My favorite villan was King Tut. He was only in 5 episodes but he was a real boss. Thanks for the tour. P.S. That's "stately" Wayne Manor when referring to the house. Alfred didn't work so hard with that feather duster to have the place referred to as a common manor house.
I remember that actor, he looked like King Henry, he also was in alot of the 70's tv shows like Charlie's Angels, Jeannie, Wasn't Paul Lynde a joker or villain also?
That was so awesome Jordan! I really enjoyed watching this! I used to watch the batman TV series on reruns when I was a kid. It felt very corny but it did make me laugh! LOL
I have a copy of the Bill Adler's Letters to Batman book shown in one of the display cases. If you're curious as to what letters are in the book, they can be found on the message board of the 66 Batman tribute site started by David Sutton back in the 90's.
I watched Batman as a kid in the 70's in re ruruns and loved it. Because I am a huge Jeff Dunham fan, I see Batman stuff regularly, because he collects a lot of Batman memorabilia! He owns a replica of the 1966, George Barris Batmobile and an actual car they used for close ups in the 2nd Michael Keaton movie, cica 1992? Facts escape me sometimes, but I encourage you to check out his channel to watch those Vlogs. He actually takes the 66 out on the freeway and runs the rear flame thrower, pretty cool! I loved Frank Gorshin's character the Riddler! And Lee Meriwether's Catwoman. I loved trying to answere the riddle before Robin or Batman could!
Knew every item on display. For anyone that didn't notice, the costume with the lamp attached to the fedora, that was "The Bookworm" brought to life by the incredible Roddy McDowall from, among many other things, the original "Planet of the Apes". I also noticed that, on the list of characters in the display case, do you think there was a reason that Leslie Gore aka Pussycat was the only one with the actor's name listed first? It just caught my eye.
I got to know Frank Gorshin about a year before he passed. Slightly cantankerous but overall a good guy. I bartended at the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn at the time and he would order chardonnay and sit out in the patio and smoke like a chimney. So it wasn't surprising when I heard that he died from emphysema a year later.
I wasn't around for the original Batman either but, I watched it after school and during the summer. Unless I was at my one Aunt's home visiting because she thought Batman would lead you down to a path to sheer violence. I loved my Aunt but, I thought that was Bull and funny. She had no children and was very sweet but, very odd.🌻💛
Ertha Kit scared me when I was 5 as Cat Woman. Wasn't Paul Lynde a joker or villain also?Great, just caught all the vlogs about your hand and that darn Dr. with his missing Script Pad. Let me tell you Jordan, I live in Florida and i had 6 surgeries in 2015, because they are "Practicing" and trying to get your Script filled is a project here. Sometimes when the pharmacies are out you have to check all stores physically and when one is out all are. It is not fun. I understand. How is your hand these days?
Caesar Romero, Eartha Kitt.' ...loud place! the signature was not from a writer.Wasn't Neil Hamilton the mayor? huggs, silky Always nice to see Adam the Woo
I WAS AROUND IN 1966..IN FACT I WAS 28 AND LIVING IN HOLLYWOOD THEN...I LIKED CAESAR ROMERO AS THE JOKER...MUCH BETTER THEN NICHOLSON IN THE FILM....BY THE WAY, I FOUND SOME INTERESTING CLIPS ON YOU TUBE WITH ROBIN GUESTING ON LATE NIGHT SHOWS IN THE EIGHTIES...LOVED YOUR BLOG WITH THE HOT DOGS...MADE ME HUNGRY...THE OLD GUY....
Hahaha. I remember feeling so torn watching Julie Newmar. Thinking, "this has got to be one of the most beautiful women alive", and at the same time feeling how can she be so evil! Ah, the mind of an 8-year-old.
This was the Batman I watched. Never missed an episode. 😊

That was fun to see all of the paraphernalia of that show! I watched it and enjoyed the pure campiness of it! Thanks Jordan!

I Was nine years old when this show first aired never missed an episode what a great vlog Jordan. What a neat surprise it’s the Woo. I love it when you guys are in each others of vlogs

My very favorite was Cesar Romero as The Joker. Unbeatable!

There was a Batman toy in the early 70's that was a vehicle and when you opened the back door a boxing glove on a spring would pop out.
