Thanks for the review. That is the color that I've been looking for in a brown suit Wolverine figure. That's how Wolverine was colored in much of the 80s, with the brown part being more reddish. I'm glad the new Secret Wars Wolverine figure reflects that. Even the long-eared cowl and thin brown lining on the torso, Wolverine was drawn like that in some instances early on, depending on the artist's interpretation. And you're spot on with the X-Force Wolvie claws. Those claws alone make the X-Force Wolvie figure one of my faves.
I agree, The claws on Uncanny xforce Wolverine are awesome, my favorite, they are a bit wider. Love the headsculpt on this and the smirking head, still waiting on a good ferocious looking face. I'm still hoping one day they give us an Albert and Elsie Dee and an Inferno Wolverine
love this wolvie, even if the brown stripe matches the figure from the 80s and not the actual comics. my first comic was xmen 173 and this was wolvies costume and will always be my favorite. i will always love the john byrne/ john romita junior spiky claws best even if they dont make the best sense and so glad they are making them now on figures .
Its preference and for some nostalgia. I grew up on the SW wave, but never had this figure from it. While I have lots of Logans I’ve never had a Wolverine in this reddish brown shade…but I do have the CT Wolvie on the way too. 😅

Awesome review, loved the head swap segment, answered a few questions I was wondering about when I get my figure.
As a kid, I also had the original figure with the clip-on the wrist claws. And this is definitely brings back memories. Good review.
