Here it comes, television's most exciting hour of fantastic prizes the fabulous sixty-minute Price is Right!
We are showcasing episodes not viewed in decades. Starting from Season 11 (1982), this is the first season when animal furs were no longer offered as prizes, supporting Bob’s advocacy of animal rights in memory of his wife Dorothy Jo.
To celebrate what would have been Bob Barker's 100th birthday, the channel is also featuring episodes from the debut season of The "New" Price Is Right in 1972.

What a close one Bridget pulled of a miracle at the last minute
That was a miracle that she won the car in her last chance.
A lot of times I think of that infamous contestant, Joy, which really gave Barker and quite frankly the viewers at home a lot of stress.😂
Logically in this scenario the first number would be 8 and the last being 0. This means there would be six possibilities of what the middle two numbers are, so she was fortunate to have six chances remaining to win the car, and needed all six.
Wow really genius, you should be on jeopardy 😂😂😂😂😊
It is stressful when someone does not how to play Ten Chances, but this player knows what she doing?
Seemed like it? She at least knew to keep ending everything with zero.
She was literally trolling the audience, leading them on, especially in those first two prizes. Thankfully she had just enough chances to go through all six logical prices for the car, given those numbers.
$38? $130? Almost blew it!
Especially when how many times in Ten Chances have we seen contestants break the zero rule and lose the game because of this.
Thankfully the next playing after this one was fun to watch.
She broke the zero rule on her first guess of the knife set.
And almost did it once for the car but thankfully had to correct that
Yes, it seems there are a lot of contestants who don't know the unwritten rule that the "0" is always the last digit.
She was trolling us the entire time! But thankfully, it all worked out!
Was she though?
@@Ty13rLreturns The world may never know. But all evidence seems to support that claim. Notice when she got to the car, she followed the zero rule.
@@BrakusJPSGameShows Or maybe she figured it out.
I'm so proud of her.❤
She used the eight twice! 😂
$8210 for a new car? Man I miss the 80s.
I don't know what to think of Jean, but he seemed pretty cool while covering for Johnny.
I❤ love it
Miss johnny
By this point, the "ends with zero" rule was pretty much in place. For a while, some of the prices would end in 5, but I think by the mid 80s all the prices ended with zero.
Bob always heavily hinted if someone was following the rule or not. Towards the end of his run, he increasingly used this game as a barometer of someone's knowledge of The Price is Right and would be visibly annoyed if they didn't know the zero rule.
If the zero rule is followed correctly, this is the easiest car game to win on the show.
Cool
"The (not) Handsome Ford Mustang"
Exactly, I've always thought of these as the worst looking mustangs ever. Until the mach e..
Thankfully she never derailed and lost her focus like I've seen with others in this game..
From pricing game #6 of the 12/3/85 episode of The Price is Right. We're heading towards the end of '85 in this run.
edit: In fact, the first episode of '86 airs today on the streaming channel.
Thankfully, the 5.0L V8 engine for thos car was only a few years away. Early-to-mid 1980s Mustangs were a stain on the history of the classic and legendary pony car.
Same day as the final playing of Balance Game
I have to be medically sedated when 10 chances comes on. Otherwise, I start losing my crap when someone writes a price not ending in zero (or five in shows that did that).
It seems like a lot of contestants have trouble when it comes to playing 10 Chances. It would be the same for me.
Like her, if you at least know the zero rule, you'll do just fine.
Robert has trouble putting his shoes 👞 on ! 😆 🤣
@@davidellis5141 Yep 👍🏻!
Aww, is the failed troll getting mad again? Poor 😢👶.
😆 Yep!
Good luck Big munny
Remember the absolute worst playing of "Ten Chances."
Why would you say that she won the car 🙄
That would be about 20 years after this episode and with a contestant who certainly wasn't a "Joy" for Bob to deal with that day. 😉
lol she still won
She needed those ten chances to get that car. She stuck with it to the end.
