Thank you so much !!! I have the exact machine XV8500D Dream and wow, you have taught me so much more than I knew. It is so good to be able to figure out little problems while stitching, and you are great to do this. I have found no other. Thank you again !!

Thank you. I saved your video a while back and today was able to clear a jammed thread from the top. I feel so good and love being independent.

Great video . You made maintenance of the machine simple. I have a Quattro Innov-'is 6000D. I always clean it after I use it. I didn't know a normal sewing person could pull their machine apart as you did. You were able to show clearly where everything was without your hands blocking the camera.

The Quattro was one of the best machines Bother ever made.

I just stumbled across your video and am sooo glad I did. I have had my DM 2. For a while and was always told I had to bring it in even for basic service. This video means I can finally give my girl a proper clean! Thankyou 👍👍👍👍

OMG!! Thank you sooo much for this video! Tomorrow I will be taking my ve2300 apart and cleaning it. My thread is shredding itself and something is jerking the thread off and on. I feel hopeful a good cleaning will do the trick. Thanks again

I just tore down my machine again this afternoon for thorough cleaning, (watched your fabulous video again for refresher). Question - On the embroidery attachment, do I oil the 'track' I have oiled this before, hopefully OK, it was making a 'need oil' sound , lol, thanks so much!

I’m impressed. I was cleaning mine the other day. I removed the needle plate, bobbin case, etc. like I’ve done many many times before. I took a soft brush and cleaned away threads, lint, dust etc. All of a sudden I noticed the cutting blade was loose. Now my automatic cutting blade does not work. Service said they could not get to my machine for over three weeks. I’ve been sewing without it but I miss it so much. Can you show how to replace it? Is it something a novice could do with expert direction?

Thank you for this video! I was peeved that the dealer would not show me how to properly open and clean out and oil the machine. She went out of business.... What do you recommend we use to oil the two places on the bottom that you pointed out ?

My dreamweaver does not recognize that I have the wide stitch needle plate on. Get message to replace plate for wider stitches. Sews great but only straight stitches, no zig zag.
