They make Velcro ID sleeves with clear plastic. Often times for service dogs and stuff. That would be a really simple solution to stick on there and you can put a card in it to write anything.

This video got me to organize my bits! And with these Wera cases too, downsized from mixed Milwaukee hard red bit holders that are so difficult to take bits out of!

I use the velcro to store these on a wall or slanted shelf. So I have used Gaffers tape and a Sharpie Paint pen. However, I love your idea. It is awesome.

I think this might just be a flex on how you’re winning the tool game, but nevertheless it’s an extremely handy advice video as always.
    Thank you sir,

Thank you. Maybe I did flex a little there but I've seen ar.tools and vlp.tools on instagram and I am definitely not winning.

A Cricut would be perfect for making custom decals for the fabric patches. That said, the TORX looks cool.

Yup circuit vinyl cutout would be the cleanest way to go

If you have a vinyl cutter, you can probably use thermal vinyl (the kind used on t-shirts) and just iron it onto the blank patch. You can probably buy pre-cut vinyl letters, too, but if you make your own you can add symbols, etc..

Not all Wera cases have the velcro. My Wera Joker combination wrenches come in a case with a grommet vs velcro. I’m thinking of getting round engraved stainless steel tags with a hole for a metal ring to attach to the grommet.

I think it might have worked with a simple Bic pen, the ink is quite thick and usually writes quite well on fabric

A silicone blank one would have been great to write on with the Posca marker.

If my wife wasn’t so busy I’d get her to make you custom patches. She embroiders.

Use flag of Israel with star of David to designate hex bits.

Thought you were going to use a Israel 🇮🇱 flag for your torxs

you could also just sew a small velcro patch on the top of the case. So you don't have to turn them over
