watch the video without skipping
● Use a coffee: water ratio of 1:17
● I'm using 15g of coffee to 255g of water
● Pour all the brew water
● Water temp between 93-100 °C depending on the roast level(lower for dark roasts, higher for light roasts)
● I'm using light roast so I poured it straight off the boil
● Cover the brewer with the cap and wait 4 minutes
● Skim off any floating grounds
● Place the lid back on & plunge till the filter is on the surface of the coffee
● Preheat the cup
● Wait further 5 minutes to let the coffee sink to the bottom
● Pour slowly, this will make sure the fines stay in the brewer, resulting in a cleaner cup similar to a paper-filtered coffee
Enjoy!

That mug is… *different!*
I’m sure my coffee won’t be as hot as I like it 😢 I’d need one more minute in microwave
So the James Hoffman method.
Nice technique, but what the heck is in the thumbnail

Hey, could you give me a tip??? I'm starting now as a barista. And I'm having a hard time homogenizing the milk. Any tips?
