    Niiice short workout coach. Perfect as a finisher for my session. I wonder if you could make some sort of roadwork.fornthis channel. Mixing some agility footwork with Shadowboxing or something like that. That'd be nice! You always come up with great idea to put into our sessions or runs.

    Tried this a bit and got gassed out, covid positive at the moment so I just wanted to see how it feels. Better to wait until it goes away. I'm 32 and can't stop thinking that I should try a few amateur fights before I really get too old. Win or lose, it's better than regretting for the rest of my life. And I've been in and out of different gyms for the past 15 years

      Definitely, if you've had that much training you are ready. At 32 you are still primed, don't wait until 40 lol.

    Hello from the Philippines JT. I love your workouts at home. I have just gotten into boxing for fitness with my wife for a month now and I do your workouts when the local coach in our area is not available. Anyway this is my favorite one coz the time is just right for a beginner like me and like what you said you can vary the intensity and be creative as I follow along. Thank you very much.     Great workout! I like how you always affirm for us to enjoy ourselves. That little reminder really strengthens the workout and carries onto other workouts. I definitely enjoyed the freedom and flow. I think it's a compliment to the 32 combos video from your membership area on Precision Striking. I use that video a lot and found this workout really awesome to bring a lot of those combos out in the flow. Highly addictive man!

    Great videos coach! Any advice for pain between the two big knuckles? I’ve rested it for over 2 weeks and it came back as soon as I started hitting the bag again

      This unfortunately takes awhile to heal. You might need larger gloves, 16 oz if you don't use them already. Tape your knuckles with hockey tape/medical tape before you put your wraps on. Keep your fingers splayed when you do.

    I feel 30 seconds for each segment is too short. Maybe it would have been better to do split this into two workouts, or have alternating rounds, so a minute each segment... Idk just some feedback for ya. Thank-you so much ♥
