Yep, you got it ! most the older homes that has basements mostly has some kind of leaks . I know for sure I have been out there and been in many houses !
@@kenkoh1724 No, just because a home is in a subdivision or neighborhood doesn't mean there will be HOA dues. Having said that, there are neighborhoods throughout the Tri-Cities that do have HOA's. Yes, homes located within city limits will pay both city and county taxes. Homes outside the city limit will only pay county taxes. Hope this helps!
Prices are ridiculous for meth lab houses. the best description of real estate agents from Southpark: "Hey, there's this job where you don't have to be smart or know anything or do anything and people give you money"
We have no decent hospitals here. A monopoly (Ballad) ruined healthcare for the area. Running out of ambulances is common along with full emergency rooms.

Is mold a problem in many homes of this region? so much water, and basements
I dont see it come up super often in homes....but it certainly can be if people don't properly seal their basements.
