Does engine oil additive really work ?

Neste vídeo trago um teste a um aditivo de óleo do motor para motores já cansados . Segundo diz na embalagem melhor a pressão de óleo e compressão do motor. Fiz um teste de pressão de óleo do motor e compressão em dois cilindros e medição de ruído antes e depois de ter adicionado o aditivo. Depois de adicionar o aditivo andei cerca de mil km e voltei a medir .

Thanks for your answer, since I didn't have an answer soon, I decided to buy it, for me it worked well, in terms of oil consumption it was 1 liter every 1800km and now I see about 1 liter every 6000km, I have no tools to measure compression. Ciao!
