Honest Review of the Residence Inn By Marriott Anaheim California, 11931 South Harbor Blvd.

Located at 11931 South Harbor Boulevard in Orange Grove California it’s about a 20 min walk to the Anaheim Convention Center or about a 35 min walk to Disneyland. You can also take a short taxi, ride share, or public transportation to the parks.
The staff at the resort desk were very friendly and in particular Susan that helped me out with a small problem I had (nothing to do with the hotel I forgot something) and would not give up until we found a replacement even after I was willing to give up.
I checked in very early not expecting the room to be ready but surprisingly it was ready, in fact I had a choice of two rooms so I picked the one on a higher floor so we could get a better view of the area. I was so early in fact that Susan even offered me to try the free breakfast buffet that they were still serving.
Speaking of the breakfast buffet they had a large variety of items for breakfast that should help any family get off to a good start. They had scrambled eggs, Turkey sausage, and a daily swap out two other hot foods a potato item and another hot item (during our stay it was link sausage, Canadian bacon, gravy for biscuits and gravy, and pancakes) along with that they had a variety of bread for making toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, waffles you make yourself, a variety of fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea bags, coffee, juice, milk, and more that I know I’m forgeting.
It’s great to come back to the hotel after a long hot day to a fresh cold class of fruit infused water waiting in the lobby for you.
The rooms were large only there wasn’t much room between the bed and the wall in the room with two beds, there was also only one USB port in that room and two in the room with one bed. So bring adapters if you need more.
The shower had a good spray so no problem there but I do personally prefer to have a shower with a wand.
We didn’t use the pool or really any of the amenities that are not listed here. My only complaint and it’s not a big one is that there is only two elevators and sometimes there is a line or a bit of a wait.
All in all we would have to say we loved this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great! We would definitely stay here again.
