    That motor is clean. Im trying to get my 95 roadmaster back in shape. Someone parked it and let it set.

      I understand. My Fleetwood sat for a while before I bought it. Check out the story about it: ruclips.net/video/i5k8aBiBtdI/видео.html

      How did that go? My '94 sat for 10 years and... Honestly, there's way too much wrong with it. It wasn't treated well even before it was parked.

    I did mine and cut the hose so it won't dangle on that power steering pulley

    • @WorkingWithWimberley
      @WorkingWithWimberley  2 года назад

      Ok cool. I know mine looks close in the video, but there a few inches of clearance between that coolant line and that pulley. What do you have? Impala, Caprice, Roadmaster or Fleetwood?

      @11.9lsupercharged4 2 года назад +1

      95 roadmaster I threw out the smog pump when I did the optispark I just did the throttle body coolant mod about a month ago when I had to do the water pump. I just put a wine cork in the holes and left the smog lines hooked up to the exhaust manifold. Currently battling an a/c line that won't fully seat on the compressor . You should try the air foil on the throttle body it's cheap 5hp gain for 25 bux that and the idle washer mod is free

      I took out home plate and put a hockey puck in its place. My o2 sensor is frozen on the passenger side so I just unplugged both of them. It runs rich but she runs strong

    Great vid, do you still have your LT1? If so, check out my TB coolant bypass vid, we show how to keep the TB even cooler for a few extra ponies 🐴🐎

      I definitely do still have my Fleetwood. I checked out your video. That's a great mod for the LT1, especially for the Impalas and Caprices that are looking for some gains.

    Where did the driver side go to ? To the hard line ?

    • @WorkingWithWimberley
      @WorkingWithWimberley  9 месяцев назад

      It went to the rubber hose that goes across the front of the engine to the expansion tank on the passenger side.

    Do was it really not necessary to bleed it after that?

    • @WorkingWithWimberley
      @WorkingWithWimberley  2 года назад

      It was necessary. There’s a small bleeder valve right in the middle over the thermostat.

  • @Dilly-kays

    Is the hard line the line that's hooked to both heads?

  • @lucky-rowe2623

    Colder throttle body helps horsepower when doing this mod. If you drive your car in very cold weather do not do this!
