Translation: I hope you get to sit on your hands for several weeks without jobs and then get stiffed on £2k invoice that won't get paid and then come running back to us. Just kidding, you both have the the personality and ability to get and retain customers.
The end of an era, I don't think anyone else on here has made such an impact to a business via RUclips in less than two years. Good luck with your new venture Cory. Remember these wise words from a few lads round our way, "Never forget where you've come here from, Never pretend that it's all real, Someday soon this will all be someone else's dream, This will be someone else's dream". Obviously you'll be back when Jordan makes it to Netflix ;)
Good luck in your new venture Cory,as a contracting electrician for 54 years you are one of only a handful of sparks that I would have employed so I hope everything works out well 👍
Good luck Cory , it’s been fantastic to watch the journey yourself and Jordon have been on. I wish I had access to something like this when I was an apprentice. I’m sure there’s many including myself who have gained invaluable knowledge by watching this channel, as well as being entertained with the one liners !
Cory is a great guy and will be missed on Artisan electrics but let's not forget the company that made Cory so popular on RUclips and that's Artisan electrics. I'm 100% sure Artisan will carry on growing as a company and the same for Cory's new channel.
No way!! I am absolutely gutted at this news. Cory is going to be almost impossible to replace. Thanks for the 2 years of entertainment. I'm still a Artisan fan now hoping Cory's channel will be decent too.
I am so sad he is leaving because he is the best.I have been watching this channel from the start but in life sometimes we have to move on for the best all the best Cory
Excited for you Corey! but sad to see you leave. But welcome to the club I've also recently gone on my own since March after working for other electrical companies for 9 years. So all the best for starting your own business Corey. Ps Jordan seemed like such a cool boss to work for.
Massive well done to Cory, takes guts and knowledge to move from employee to your own business. Also massive well done to Jordan for accepting it so well, true sign of a great leader who always expects the best from his employees but at the same time has the experience to know when its time to let them flourish and grow ! Cory, got your channel as well and wish you al the best !
Always sad to lose s team member but good on Jordan for being supportive and good on you Cory for following your dream - would be great to have guest visits on each other's channels occasionally as things progress!
Best of wishes to Corey on his new adventures and look forward to more Artisan content! Ruben's journey is of probably most interest to me seeing how someone goes from no knowledge to fully experienced - be interesting (although I'm sure awkward for him) to go through the end to end of how it all works.
No i in team. Fantastic guy but so are all the team. Been following since it was only Jordan. I absolutely love Corys songs and listen on Spotify. You take care Cory, great guy but onwards and upwards. You have a great team Jordan and you’ll find a replacement with no problem. Everyone would love to work with you me included! Live in Kent though so your loss 😂😂❤️❤️
Cory has been a brilliant asset to Artisan, particularly his humour on the videos. I wish him well in the new venture. Regarding the inverter. Firstly weird that they did not put in a 3 phase inverter in the first place. And criminal on the part of the manufacturer that a replacement board is not available to fix a unit that is a mere 5 years old. How long are these things expected to last? What was the installer quoting on the pay back period - they probably assumed an equipment life life of 10-15 years when calculating it. Obviously a manufacturer to avoid!
Followed Jordan through the whole lockdown thing and the growth of his channel has been exponential through team additions like you (and the amazing, wish i had an apprentice like that, Ruben. ) So entertaining yet professional. Best of luck for the future. Will Pringles USA sponsor you in Hawaii? Best regards from Sampo Electrical
You guys are the best. 😂😂😂😂 I've just found your channel. For an old school electrician who used to have his own business I find your channel very interesting.
@@Lewdacris916 Wrong choice of words on my part, I meant having an active involvement in the transition to a new channel is great for viewers and for Cory. He could have easily just stated Cory has left and pressed on.
Clear to anyone in business that as soon as a really smart cookie (and the new guy is a really smart cookie) turns up, there is a fair chance of a bit of a clearout. Appreciate that this will be denied or ignored by everyone involved. Rightly so.
Would have been better testing the Voltage and frequency at the ac circuit board controller. There are optic couplers, thermal fuses and power factor caps connecting power to the board that can burn out from power surges, manufacturer faults and part wear. Easy to desolder and replace. Don't bother asking the manufacturer, the people that answer the phone are just sales reps. Only some distribution reps with good communication with factory techs have service manuals or even whole part purchasing availability.
I’ve had to replace about 9/10 fonius inverters, can almost guarantee before you get started it’s a faulty inverter. Test to check is to connect “working” string into the non working inverter and working inverter into “non working” string
👏🏽 what a journey for you both, love the video, it had me laughing one minute then “awwing” the next. Looking forward to following you both in your next steps… Hawaii 🌺✨
So sorry you're leaving, Cory - your one liners are just hilarious! Best of luck in your new endeavours though - hope you'll be back for some cameo works and of course you'll need to be back for some quality time with your son Reuben 😉
Wouldn't you think considering.......they have been brought in to falt find, just replace the board, last biggest option and easiest for a trades person is to get the customer to buy new! I mean it out of warranty anyway, ironic that another supplied component fails after warranty period😖🤔🤔😑
Go for it Cory, wishing you all the best. Setting up is never easy, but with your passion and charm you'll smash it! Definitely end of an era on the Artisan front as Cory brought a new dimension to the channel.... I'm sure the lads will continue to keep it alive and burning. How is Reuben now his Dad has left.... ? 🤣🤣
Heads up Gordan. Your analytics for this video might look a bit strange. My 3yr old son thinks its hilarious when you pull the sticker off at the end and say Noooo!....Coooryyyy! So ive played it over and over for him 😂😂
Congratulations on your new adventures Cory, the Artisan team is losing a massive asset in terms of camera presence; since the first video you have changed so much it's incredible and we can partially blame Jordon for that growth. The newer guys on the Artisan team aren't far behind, so make sure you send them somewhere nice so they don't escape!

I would never listen to the manufacturer when they say something needs replacing. I repair electronics (consumer) for a living and the manufacturer will never tell you when something can be fixed. Quick question.
Would an RS 232 link to the inverters give you a better diagnostic via the manufacturer’s software?
