Cory has been a brilliant asset to Artisan, particularly his humour on the videos. I wish him well in the new venture. Regarding the inverter. Firstly weird that they did not put in a 3 phase inverter in the first place. And criminal on the part of the manufacturer that a replacement board is not available to fix a unit that is a mere 5 years old. How long are these things expected to last? What was the installer quoting on the pay back period - they probably assumed an equipment life life of 10-15 years when calculating it. Obviously a manufacturer to avoid!
Clear to anyone in business that as soon as a really smart cookie (and the new guy is a really smart cookie) turns up, there is a fair chance of a bit of a clearout. Appreciate that this will be denied or ignored by everyone involved. Rightly so.

There is actually no words to describe the feeling that cory is leaving Artisan electrics. It is such a shame and upsetting news. But as the saying goes when one door closes another one opens. I’ve had to replace about 9/10 fonius inverters, can almost guarantee before you get started it’s a faulty inverter. Test to check is to connect “working” string into the non working inverter and working inverter into “non working” string
Enjoyed watching Cory. But him at the end with FEET on other people’s furniture really bothered me. Surely the inverter just needed a blow out with air line.

Very entertaining video presentation -- even I was saddened to see City leave - However - one must plan one's own future and step out into making a new path. One thing to always remember is to never burn one's bridges.
I would never listen to the manufacturer when they say something needs replacing. I repair electronics (consumer) for a living and the manufacturer will never tell you when something can be fixed. It likely does need component level repair, but I can guarantee that would be far cheaper than replacement
Good luck as the boss man Corry. I cam safely say if Corry wasn't at AE, I wouldn't have watched for long. Took longer to get into Jordan and co but you have built a great team Jorda
He either wants to change his profession ,or wants to start his own company. Smart guy Cory is, if it is the latter. It's better to work for himself than somebody else. As far as AE is concerned, replacing such an employee isn't as painful, as his knowledge is not specific, but universal.
Surprised it’s taken Cory this long to go on his own to be honest. Probably not the ideal time though with the cost of living rising possible recession and material costs being so high, but if you don’t give it a go you will never know. Sure Jordan will be disappointed to lose him though
