I have the 360 version of this and all these years thought it was a Sequel.A thing woith 360 one is it might have the higest achievement point for a single achievement which is 500G just for beating the game out of the 1000G the rest are just collectable ones most games would have smaller ones for clearing each stage. Weird its a thing with PS2 3D Platform games randomly geting HD remakes in platforms after them and its always ones that was never huge hits and mostly forgoten too. Legend of Kay was a odd one like that that they just remade it on DS but promoted as a Combat Free game yet main chracters got a sword on the cover. I bet some when the PS2 version got ported to other things in HD thought that was a Kung Fu Panda rip off because of character and designs and setiing of it but even before theres a game like like on PS1 called Tai Fu and that was even Published by Dreamworks who ended up making Kung Fu Panda.
It would be interesting to play on the 360 just to see the achievements! Ya they seem to choose obscure games to remaster or port, which is good in a way because they get noticed by a new audience, but some aren't done too well!
Looks interesting pitty on the short comings I do have a soft spot for some mythological meanders, I'm always half hoping an Irish myth/legend game might manifest someday before I leave for Tir Na nOg😂☘️. Not the biggest fan of harming the native wildlife unless in self defence or survival circumstances of course.🌱 Great review lass really enjoyed it.🌠
Can't believe they haven't made an Irish mythology game! Give it a few years and am sure there will be an Assassin's Creed one 😆 and of course...only attack the wildlife if it attacks you first 🤣
@@okgamergirl There's a plethora of characters an even some titles inspired by Irish Myths(Undertale etc)but sadly no outright game as of yet, perhaps you're right Assassins Creed an God of War might eventually get there haha.⚡️🤞☘️
@@okgamergirl On the front of Irish Mythology, i recommend taking a look into Folklore for PS3. It's set in a small Irish hamlet (Like, a singular street with a few houses-- THAT small) and follows two different characters that learn of, and explore, Celtic mythology-inspired worlds full of Fae and other creatures. Designs for the creatures, bar some skin swaps, can be absolutely wild. Very inspiring.

Great watch as always buddy. A bit annoying to see what had a lot of potential for an idea and game kinda squandered through repetitive game play and slightly weak story. Really could have been something special this. Appreciate the review as it was one that snuck by me at the time 😀🏴🤘
It portrays Native Americans (First Nations peoples) as stereotypes with freakish proportions and features. I don't care if it was based around a movie that pretended to educate youth about Native Americans, it is incredibly insulting and very much an obviously WASP persons interpretation of First Nations people. There is a right way to go about such a plot (if they really wanted to make such a film for some reason), even decades-old Pocahontas did a better job of NOT being insulting to Native Americans. I'm not blaming you for playing the game, I'm just explaining why I think it's bad, not having played the game, but viewed this and one other 'let's play'.
