  • We have finally finished And Justice For All. To say this is a good album would be an understatement. I have enjoyed every single song on this album. Some more than others, but they have all been hits! I'm kinda gutted that the album is finished but who knows, we could always come back to it in the future and review it again?
Here is my reaction to hearing Metallica - The Frayed ends Of Sanity for the first time. I hope you enjoy it!

Hi, I've been literally binge watching your videos for about five hours now. I love your channel. I'm a 65 year old lady metalhead, and been into metal now since the age of around 12 or so. I love watching your reactions to alot of what I grew up listening to like Judas Priest,. Black Sabbath, Queensryche, and Iron Maiden just to name a few, but I can't wait until you go down the rabbit hole of Dio. In my opinion Ronnie James Dio is/was the best metal vocalist and frontman that ever walked this planet. I really loved when he joined Black Sabbath. I'll be sending you some awesome request of his soon. Can't wait to see this Metallica song reaction. It's one of my favorites. Peace! 🤘🏼

I am 57 years old and I have to say, it is great to see someone from your generation actually willing to discover real metal. Metal heads of the 70's 80's and early 90's are some of the happiest and most chill people there are; especially us Gen X'ers. You need to truly dive into this era of metal. Sometimes the lyrics will seem to give a very negative message, but really listen and hear what they are actually saying. Some lyrics can be easily misconstrued because they will delve deep into the dark side of many issues; some will be cryptic. Get a hold of the lyrics of the songs whenever possible; read between the lines and imagine what emotions are there to find the true message.
You have no idea what you are missing.

This album definitely has some of Lars most technical drumming, along with the guitar and bass. It's interesting to think what further albums would've sounded like if they'd kept up the progression with the difficulty of their parts. The time changes and signatures are of note on this album but they are cut back in a big way going forward. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, just different and (mostly) more accessible.
Thanks for the reaction. Congratulations on the new car, looks dope. :)

Lars' most technical drumming, Kirk's best solos and the most powerful vocals of all of their albums. There are some hidden gem guitar riffs everywhere, just listen to James' riff during the solo for example. I highly recommend listen to it again if you didn't notice it the first time, Kirk's solo basically follows James' riff root notes. If you're interested in diving into more "and justice for all" material there's a "work in progress" mix available which has audible bass, night and day difference. Here's the link for To live is to die (work in progress rough mix) ruclips.net/video/zmu9AcCm4CM/видео.html Listen carefully to 4:40 especially. I really think it's worth a reaction video for sure.

That intro always reminds me of the troops outside the witches castle in the Wizard of OZ.

One of my favorite and most underrated songs on the album. What's so great about it is that as good as that solo is, and it is GREAT, Jame's rhythm guitar behind that solo is almost a solo of its own. Go back and listen to that solo again, but ignore the lead and focus on the backing guitar.

In The Wizard of Oz, the Wicked Witch of the West's Winkie Guards chant, "Oh-Ee-Yah! Ee-Oh-Ah!" . The chant can also be heard as "All we own, we owe her!" or "Oh, we love the old one!" . The Winkie Guards are the Wicked Witch's foot soldiers who guard the Castle Grounds.

This is the most underrated song on the album IMO. There are enough riffs in this one song to make an album on it's own.

This Lars greatest drumming work. It's a massive drum album! Lars is amazing, don't let people tell you differently. He influenced amok of the best metal drummers out there! Cheers! Also Gojira and Mastodon would be awesome to see you react too!

I do so miss the age of the 7 minute Metallica tracks. So glad I got to grow up through the 80's and 90's.

I'm 51. After 30 years of trying tons of skincare stuff - lots of them from doctors - I stopped using ANY of them, and everything got better.

You gotta listen to the riff behind the solo in isolation. It’s the greatest Metallica riff ever!

Interesting fact is that Metallica has not played this song live for 26 years!! The first ever they played it live was 2014 in Helsinki! I never really understood James' negative feelings about this song, because for me personally Frayed ends of sanity was the absolute favourite song from AJFA album from the very first time I listened to it.
