    The k20 setup makes the car so much more fun to throw around! (check old movies of 3sge and k20 NA)
    Current setup;
    -Stock K20a2
    -6spd + Mfactory lsd
    -Pulsar GTX3076R
    -1bar/14psi
    -350z forged wheels 18" f225 r245 bridgestone potenza sport

    how did you get your tachometer working with the K series transmission? Super clean build!

      For my mr2 it was pretty simple; in Europe 92+ models have the electronic speedo so just sent the signal to the dash. Purple wire that runs thru the center console. Hook that up to the speed signal from the transmission. For the rpm you need to change 1 capacitor in the cluster. Same as when you put in a rev5 3sgte engine in an old rev mr2

    Did you forgot to upgrade your brakes? Please get some proper pads (Hawk HT10) for the track 😁

      Do you know where to get them in europe? I'm working on installing 330 rotors front and back. To be honest stock brakes are pretty good for my driving style and i mainley do it for the look of the stocks in 18" rims. I like to be light on the brakes. Don't drive for times, just fun.

    Such a shame the camera is placed filming the mirror right in the middle of the shot where we should be seeing the road in front.
    Maybe you can change that in a future video?

    How did you leave the original shifter with the ep3 gearbox?

      @@katlinkukk7778 changed the pivot mechanisme to the other side. Some welding and drilling but nothing to extreme.

    How much does it cost to do a K-swap on an MR2? Much less a boosted K series? Curious because i’m debating on what to build, this or a 3000 GT VR4

      K swap depends on what a swap cost around you, NL it is 3500 just the swap, mounts from the US 1500. Etc etc. Turboing the K, expensive if done properly. NA k20 In a mr2 is greate fun on the track I would even argue more fun and def more fun to work on and maintain

      The EP3 6speed, with Mfactory LSD. If i would do it again, 100% same trans (maybe 5 spd for turbo) but I would keep it NA. k24/20 and max that out.

      Bu going thru the worong diagrams. It is pretty easy if ypu understand read them. If ypu have a specific question, I can answer it

      ​@@FreakensNL my speedometer is a mechanical connection to the transmission. what did you use to convert it to electrical for the k series transmissions? are using a k series transmission ?

      @user-oq3qe9sl9t I understand. You need to first change oud your cluster for a newer version. Newer revisions mr2 have a digital cluster. The mechanical is a headache. So better to change it out.

    Nice build but do you suck as a driver? Why can't we see you actually go around the track instead of these cuts? I get no sense of how the car actually performs.
