Would you possibly release a camera mod that centers the ship more? I love the camera being further back, allowing larger ships, but it seems the ship is placed lower on the screen than I would like. I built the Yamato and she is extremely long. If not, I appreciate your time. Love your mods, by the way.
OMG I built a ship with an exposed engine room in the middle (so you can see it from the inside) I used Dtech/Mtech clear tubes/passthroughs to pass over and under it, and windows on the inside of the stairs and habs around it. The main part I used was that Hopetech radiator, but it was super dark in there so I surrounded it with some glowing Derretech modules. I MUST have that glowing version of the radiator!!!! What mod is that? Nice build man!
If I may ask, is there a mod in this video that makes it so that parts overlap and snap in on top of each other? I oddly was able to create your ship, but now I am doing it again and nothing is snapping right anymore. Almost like something broke. If a mod that is listed at 0:57 is controlling that, which is it. If not, what am I doing wrong the second time through? LoL.
@@jordankavanagh5210 that’s really strange! You are the second person in 24 hours to say there is an issue with the i mod? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the mod? I believe the that helped last time?
I’m telling you. There are 3 vanguard weapons that are must haves for your ship. I took out every ship flying around jemison (32 ships) with no ship parts and still had a little over half health when it was over. The Vanguard Ares Particle Cannon, Obliterator Autoprojector and the Star Seeker Pulse Laser. If you’re running anything else you’re underpowered.
Only the vanguard particle weapon is any good. But even then it's not the best in vanilla. Get darkstar astrodynamics if you want more powerful weapons and modules.

It be a few saves needed after buying/installing each color. So you can look ingame to decide which color you or anyone likes. Shitty the mod creator not shared such pics to compare.

@@Štochar to be honest, I’m not sure 🤔 it could possible be your mod load order? It’s worth turning them off one at a time to see if one is reacting badly with it?
So I am unable to find several of these mods, the m class unlocked v2 and ship pieces unlocked. can you share a link for them please or are they gone now.

@@rasn1980 that’s a good question! You can still run your game without mods, the game will snapshot your current save and create a Creation version that you can run mods on. The main things are building parts for ships, guns, outposts. Easy credits and materials. Outfits access to prebuilt ships. If you fancy flying around the galaxy in a Star Wars ship dressed as mando, it’s definitely the way forward 🤣 but as I said, your original save should still be there 🤔
@@aces4986 you can colour the pieces either individually or all together 😊 if you hover over the piece you want to colour, the option for button should show at the bottom of your screen.
I must have done something wrong the radiators refuse to snap in the right spot, I’ve completely dismantled it and rebuilt but still nothing, update got almost done and realized I didn’t have enough credits to buy all the parts, had to completely restart, I hate how you can’t save a build and come back to it

I figured it out. The double hood on the top covering the engine and grav drive. One of them didn’t snap perfectly. Found out when I deleted the whole build and the part not fixed was floating around. It’s working now
@@NRosetheman either head over to New Atlantis’s Mast district and start the Vanguard questline, you should get a most of them at the start. Or use a mod that opens all build items so you can add them 😊 the questline is pretty good, so I would go through that!

@@TheGodsOfDeath hi buddy, sorry to hear that! When I was placing the docker, I found that there were 2 slots to fit it on. I had to place it on the slot further back, rather than the slot closer to the cockpit. It fits in with the Hab layout and connects nicely. I believe you’ll also need to ensure you install the parts outlined in the same order as I outlined in the video? For some reason the ship doesn’t like it when you don’t?
It allows me to relog and now it lets me put the cabin in. Apparently they should have updated it and it is no longer necessary to also put the glass in. I will try to check the room again although I am in my advanced area and I can't find anything, nor have I found the rear spoilers next to the engine. I don't know if they removed it or it doesn't appear

I did mention that the main core does glitch slightly into the ship around the entrance to the cockpit. You could always use the upper inner hull along with another structural part to get close to the design. It’s not as sleek but still looks good!
I think I'd better disassemble everything and put it back together since now when I take off the engine doesn't start and it doesn't let me use the weapons and I have them assigned.

@@chrischi3069 yes that’s correct. A lot of the mod parts are locked to outpost builders. I think you only need a landing pad with the builder though 🤔 nothing else?
Half my structural objects were red when I tried to clip them in, so after finally getting the ship built I now am left with the unattached modules error and can't complete the build. Why was everything you placed able to clip in but not for me?
I really would have liked to build this Ship but the mod doesn't seem to be working for me like for instance Avon Tech Wing Small is not there I tried earlier and reinstalled the mod because I was having the same problem got half way through the build

I build and recorded this video on Xbox, so all mods are available. I included a mods list just after the parts list which includes all mods I had active at the time of building this ship 😊 since designing and filming a few more mods have dropped that offer much harder hitting weapons so it’s possible to make this ship even more dangerous lol
Hi 😊 they are the ones for the tail of the ship. They look like the wings of a Tie Interceptor. There is a larger variant. They are found in the Structural section 😊
Most of them have reduced collision on them to make them fit easier on builds, you can actually make a ship quite a bit longer than the 80m limit because a lot of their pieces only have collision on the back half of them to avoid causing build limit issues. I'm not a particular fan of that approach as it can be immersion breaking walking through the wings and whatnot, but I understand the philosophy on why they did it. Edit: It also makes them far more performant in game as collision is one of the most cpu intensive aspects of the game.
You can use the lowering dupe glitch using the companionways. If you build from the top of the ship using the companionway and attach the radiator above where you want it. In a separate location away from the ship build a stack of 3 companionways one on top of the other and then highlight the bottom companionway and radiator and duplicate, it should drop into place. Once you have done that, highlight the entire ship and move it around to ensure they have adhered to the ship 😊
Thanks mate i ended up making a new character altogether cause my game glitched and i was always being chased by a pirate but i gave it another go and everything fit perfectly in place … thanks for sharing your awesome build
I don't understand this build. You're placing 4 weapon mounts, 2 weapons on each. But then I get error messages saying I can only have 3 weapons? I'm so confused.
I place 3 weapons on 4 weapons mounts as when I was building it I could place this over 2 mounts. Plus I think it’s looks cool 😊 I had to increase the number of certain weapons to push the stats to max otherwise I could have just used a normal reactor and not had the weapons at full power.
I managed to do it exactly the same, but I'm having problems, after completing it, the entrance part of the ship has the landing feet in the middle of the way. Congratulations on the ship. creativity to the maximum. I hope new models emerge.

@@WarlockCrispy I managed to solve the input problem, I logged back into the game and everything was clear, but the interior of the ship, unfortunately, had some parts of the decoration leaked into the interior of the rooms. The pilot's cabin wasn't so cool.
@@Kolisma22 you can also get shield and reactor boosters, these push the respective device up even further lol providing your build has enough space for them. I’m just sorting out a build guide and it has a couple of each in it 🤣🤣

I’ve tried every snapping glitch and everything cant get the radiators too snap
I also have the same mods don’t have the reactor aswell
@@dkal7872 I think some people had a similar issue but had more luck if they took the top hull off, applied the radiators and then reapplied the hull?

Ah yeah! That’s annoying!! If you are having trouble, try using the copy glitch that drops the part down a level. Should snap in nicely!
What level does your character have to be to achieve this build?
@@shaleheadio1181 I would imagine 60 but there are mods to unlock most of the items used. Shouldn’t be too hard to work around 🤔

I did mention that the main core does glitch slightly into the ship around the entrance to the cockpit. You could always use the upper inner hull along with another structural part to get close to the design. It’s not as sleek but still looks good!
I dont have the Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojector weapon? Can't find it at all in my list of weapons
It should be unlocked If you have all the mods listed? It’s normally about 1/4 the way down?
I think I'd better disassemble everything and put it back together since now when I take off the engine doesn't start and it doesn't let me use the weapons and I have them assigned.

@@chrischi3069 yes that’s correct. A lot of the mod parts are locked to outpost builders. I think you only need a landing pad with the builder though 🤔 nothing else?

Half my structural objects were red when I tried to clip them in, so after finally getting the ship built I now am left with the unattached modules error and can't complete the build. Why was everything you placed able to clip in but not for me?
No sure 🤔 if you have used a glitch to place an object, did you grab the entire ship after or grab the piece again so it slots into place?
I really would have liked to build this Ship but the mod doesn't seem to be working for me like for instance Avon Tech Wing Small is not there I tried earlier and reinstalled the mod because I was having the same problem got half way through the build
Ah that’s really weird?? It definitely wasn’t under the structural section? It has a few other wings listed within the wing option, so possibly you might need to scroll through?
On Xbox I can't get the radiators to snap in place. Getting collisions😢
Ah that’s not good! I used Xbox to record this video, so not sure what’s happening? Could always use the 3 companion way glitch to place it. Might be a bit more awkward but should be able to do it?

I build and recorded this video on Xbox, so all mods are available. I included a mods list just after the parts list which includes all mods I had active at the time of building this ship 😊 since designing and filming a few more mods have dropped that offer much harder hitting weapons so it’s possible to make this ship even more dangerous lol

Hi 😊 they are the ones for the tail of the ship. They look like the wings of a Tie Interceptor. There is a larger variant. They are found in the Structural section 😊
I'm more impressed with the fact someone got those ridiculous avontech pieces to fit on a build.
Most of them have reduced collision on them to make them fit easier on builds, you can actually make a ship quite a bit longer than the 80m limit because a lot of their pieces only have collision on the back half of them to avoid causing build limit issues. I'm not a particular fan of that approach as it can be immersion breaking walking through the wings and whatnot, but I understand the philosophy on why they did it.
Edit: It also makes them far more performant in game as collision is one of the most cpu intensive aspects of the game.

Cant get the radiator into place with the top hood being in the way I will have to forgo the glowing radiator which sucks
You can use the lowering dupe glitch using the companionways. If you build from the top of the ship using the companionway and attach the radiator above where you want it. In a separate location away from the ship build a stack of 3 companionways one on top of the other and then highlight the bottom companionway and radiator and duplicate, it should drop into place. Once you have done that, highlight the entire ship and move it around to ensure they have adhered to the ship 😊

I don't understand this build. You're placing 4 weapon mounts, 2 weapons on each. But then I get error messages saying I can only have 3 weapons? I'm so confused.
I place 3 weapons on 4 weapons mounts as when I was building it I could place this over 2 mounts. Plus I think it’s looks cool 😊 I had to increase the number of certain weapons to push the stats to max otherwise I could have just used a normal reactor and not had the weapons at full power.

I managed to do it exactly the same, but I'm having problems, after completing it, the entrance part of the ship has the landing feet in the middle of the way.

@@WarlockCrispy I managed to solve the input problem, I logged back into the game and everything was clear, but the interior of the ship, unfortunately, had some parts of the decoration leaked into the interior of the rooms. The pilot's cabin wasn't so cool.
@@AndersonCunhaMac ah that sucks 😔 should only be that 1 thing leaking in, but you can swap the core out for a few other items to make it look similar

Yup, it’s mostly mods to be honest! If you can find space, you can put in a booster that can push it up if you’re feeling it needs it!
