That car is a bit sensitive in its default configuration. Lower the suspension height, give it some more negative camber, toe out on the front wheels slightly, stiff up the back suspension, adjust your brake lock to lessen understeer while braking. Then remember to only brake hard when you're moving in a straight line. You don't want to turn hard while accelerating or braking hard you only have a certain amount of grip. So do most braking before the turn and then easy off it as you enter the turn. It's possible you're not feeling your self aligning torque on the wheel too, but I couldn't tell from the video. It looked like you were surprised by spins when they happened. Might be able to play with your FFB settings. Good Luck!
