I appreciate this vid. You shed some light on the fact that Haskins played in the Big 10 which is a Defensive conference and lit 🔥 defenses up like no other qb has ever done and it’s something I don’t hear anyone talk about so mahaloz brah!🤙🏾 The kids got talent despite the fact that people say he’s only played one year in college, we just need to rally around him and build the team around Haskins! This whole entire situation with Allen, Gruden, Snyder, the front office, and the team is laughable....the Washington Redskins as a whole are a comedy of dysfunctional errors.....
Even a couple of months ago Gruden said Haskins wasn't ready ... Isn't it the job of a head coach to put people around him to help develop #7. .... Why was our franchise quarterback running the offense of the scout team I mean our 1st round pick c'mon man Gruden has got to go !!!!! HTTR!!!!

If only Gruden and Allen are removed as a package! Come to think of it, Cavanaugh could step in as interim coach. He certainly can't be worse than Gruden and, more than likely, would be an upgrade.
New England isn’t infallible. Belichick is gonna have his guys prepared and watching film, so you gotta come out and do something you haven’t done before. And at this point, what do you have to lose. If I’m Gruden I’m getting the guys together and coming up with a couple new ideas on both sides of the ball that the team maybe hasn’t really considered because what do we have to lose? Let’s just go out there and play no stakes football and ball out.
I'm at a point where I want to see the skins fail if it means wholesale changes in the future. It truly has been depressing to see the current state of the Redskins, I've been a fan for 10 years and not since the 2013 season have I felt such apathy for the team. I want to have hope, we got players, and like you said, the scouting has been pretty good the past few years, but the environment at Redskins park is such that no coach or player can thrive in. I almost feel bad for Jay , I always felt that he was hamstrung by Bruce and Dan, however, I do realize that after 6 years, he isn't the guy to lead us to the future.
Everyone is being set up for failure. If there's one thing I have learned in the 10 years actively watching NFL football, it's that the team that wins the superbowl is a unified team, players, coaches, front office staff, the owner, they come together for the good of the team. We're about to see such a team in the Patriots come Sunday, and to be honest , I hope they drop 50 on us and show the incompetent management how a real team operates.
I'm a skins fan, my issues are not with the players, or even the coaches, it's the the front office that's destroying what the Washington Redskins are all about, in this case , I think the only way things get better, is if things get considerably worse.

Another sad day in Redskins history. Why can't the team get it together, What team has been worst in the last 20 years.
The sad thing is we will be competitive against NE which we will get some false hope and things wont change. Seen it all before.
Injuries is how we keep him. We need to draft a 5 round pick.
I would prefer Allen gets fires first. It has to be done the right way.

It's not that Gruden can't create an offense for Haskins because im sure he can but Gruden feels his West Coast scheme is the best and he wants Colt to run it. He doesn't want too or have time to develope Haskins if he's on the Hot seat. If he had another season or 2 then i think he'd approach this differently. Let's remember this wasn't his draft pick so why is everyone shocked he's not in a rush to put Haskins in??
Nobody says he can't run his system...SIMPLY it. Let's not forget he's won one game since Alex Smith was hurt and nothing else is working, not to mention it's his job and he doesn't get to choose his job requirements, which include winning and/or preparing the franchise for the future...after not doing that thus far, why would it be "his" draft pick to make following 5 failed years and everyone doubting if he can get it done? So basically, he's proved that he's an offensive guru that can't teach his system effectively to young qbs, or refuses to (again, how does this guy still have a job). You don't draft for the future for a coach who is not part of it. This guy is a lame-duck coach, but the franchise has to continue forward...meaning drafts have to keep happening whether Gruden is there or not. You don't NOT draft a guy because your coach, who might get fired anyway, doesn't like him. The Redskins front office has several talent guys who make these decisions...this wasn't some "Danny got a wild idea" type of situation. They're drafting for years to come, which is what a front office does...this franchise has that part right since the restructure in 2017.
@@HTTR You're right they have to draft for the future however, how do we know the next coach is going to want Haskins? The football people and the front office were not on the same page drafting this kid. Does he have the tools and talent to be a good QB hell yea but we know Gruden is stubburn as hell and has not developed one young QB since he's been here. I'll chalk the L's up from last year due to injury. I'm not saying he gets a pass for his poor coaching and drafting decisions but we've seen this before. We shouldn't act surprised of how he's handling this situation.
@@thelost3rdroundofsurf407 who is surprised? Not me...I've known for years that Gruden refuses to teach the system to guys he feels don't fit it, case and point: RGIII. I personally don't care if Gruden likes it or not, he's not a good coach and the organization cannot FULLSTOP on drafting talent because this guy only likes certain types of QBs, who by the way, seem to fit a certain mold that the rest of the league doesn't.
@@HTTR I completely agree but what's the main thing our fanbase argues about?? Synder right? The word is that the football people in the organization and the owner were split at who to take at 15. The coach did not want Haskins this early and this is the problem right here, we're bringing the wrong groceries home to cook and it's showing. In my opinion this falls more on allen than anyone but do you get my point? If Gruden had another three years with job security I think he would have eventually given the kid a real chance to develope but since he's backed into a corner, he's riding with the vets. I don't trust this team to develope any talent unless we get a real culture from top to bottom.

I don't watch the team/coaches interviews any more as it's just more of the same BS and nothing changes and won't until Snyder pulls his head out his ass! (I'm not holding my breath though).
